Ground Floor:
Enjoy the game room that offers a variety of indoor games and entertainment options, including Foosball, Ping-Pong, and Pool. Guests can enjoy these activities within the game room, which is conveniently located on the same floor as the garages and private pool.

The private pool area with a luxurious ambiance and various amenities for guests to enjoy. The pool area offers comfortable lounge chairs where guests can relax and soak up the sun. There is an outdoor grill available, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. While relaxing, Check out the putting green. It provides a fun and recreational activity for guests who enjoy golf. The yard surrounding the pool area is fully fenced-in, ensuring privacy and security for guests. Last but not least, there is an enclosed outdoor shower. Heated Pool Activation Available with $200.00 Non-Refundable Fee.

Main Living Floor:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking and dining utensils for guests to prepare and enjoy meals. The dining area or breakfast bar can accommodate up to 20 guests, providing ample seating for meals or snacks. (The fireplace is not available for guest use)
The main living area includes two bedrooms, one queen and two twins, allowing guests to have a comfortable and private sleeping space. The queen bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is also a half bathroom available for guests to use.

The main living floor of the property features an outdoor deck area where guests can enjoy the fresh air and outdoor ambiance. The deck is furnished with outdoor seating, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests have access to a private hot tub on the outdoor deck, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Second Floor:
Two of the bedrooms on the second floor are located on the streetside of the property. One of the streetside bedrooms includes a queen-size bed and a twin bed, along with an ensuite bathroom attached for added convenience and privacy. Another streetside bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed (twin bed over a full bed), along with an ensuite bathroom.

The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the property.

The two oceanfront bedrooms provide beautiful views of the beach. These rooms offer a luxurious experience with king-size beds, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. Additionally, each of these oceanfront bedrooms has its own master bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests.
With stunning beach views and well-appointed amenities, these oceanfront bedrooms at Moondance offer a serene and relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy their stay.

Top Floor Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom on the top floor offers a comfortable king-size bed for guests to enjoy a restful sleep. Guests can take advantage of beautiful views from both the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and the sitting room, providing a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. The top floor master bedroom includes a private deck with oceanfront views. There is also a dedicated office deck available, providing a separate space for remote working or studying. The master ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place to stay. I’ve been coming to Topsail island for 30 years and really enjoyed the house. I spend more money on a house with a pool and unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated even though I paid extra for it and the pools pump didn’t work most of the time we were there. The communication wasn’t very good with the management company. I got one response, someone came and fixed the problem, and 2 days later it wasn’t working again. I never received any feedback after that. Luckily the weather was beautiful so the pool wasn’t cold... but it was very cloudy.

The bedroom layout is perfect for guests to all have their own private retreats and the common areas are large enough to comfortably host your entire group all at once! Having a bathroom for every bedroom was critical in my decision of what property to rent. The interior of the house allowed for easy conversation between guests. Some maintenance issues should be addressed: the sliding glass door on the main floor was difficult to move; some of the outside cushions had mildew. Otherwise, we were pleased.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for four days and three nights. Overall a great experience. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially during the sunrise and sunset. At evenings we also had a great time at the pool table. Definitely go back next time. We had a few minor issues with the rental, for example, one of the dishwashers did not work. We texted the rental management but didn't get a response. It was Xmas time so might explain why there was no response.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was really nice and house was a great size for 4 families. The house has great access to the beach and a fabulous view. Ping pong and pool table downstairs in the basement are in great shape. The kitchen was well supplied which was great. Hot tub was a big plus since the weather was cool, though the pool was dirty and half-filled otherwise would have been great for a cold plunge after the hot tub. Of note is that the pool next door was perfectly clean and full so was quite a contrast. Downside of the experience was that there seemed to be an issue with german cockroaches in the kitchen as we were constantly seeing adult and babies in and around the sink, even when we first arrived and property had just been cleaned. We live in Wilmington, so familiar with palmetto bugs and there were none of those on site. When we first arrived hot water was not working and we were told to find the fuse box and flip the breaker. This makes me wonder how they cleaned the house? Communication with the property management company was really poor. None of my messages via the VRBO app were ever answered and the only time I was able to talk to get a response was when I spent an hour on the phone with VRBO support (twice) so that the property managers would answer questions. They never answered the telephone number that was given for contact. In summary, the house is fine overall but property management communication was so poor that we will look for a different house next time.

Everything was so clean and there were some unexpected surprises of what they provided for our stay that we weren't expecting. Good for a big group

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home has 7 bedrooms which is nice for a big group. The home does need some work. The pool was nice but the umbrellas were rusted and old in fact one was broken. The pool floats , some were broken, a birds nest was in one , the outdoor shower had beer cans and trash in it from the previous people ;( the dock to the beach needs repair, and updated beach chairs ( again rusted and some not working) The kitchen is nice but needs some organizing, they had a casserole dish on a top shelf and no step ladder to get to it . The top master room was beautiful but again needs some work, no end tables by your bed , coffee machine but no cups up there. We took our own coffee machine because we didn’t know if it would have one . When you look out at the homes next to you , they are in great shape . We had fabulous weather and lots of fun as a family. Pool table and ping pong are good . Nice to have 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers . One bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom. Pool person came 2x to clean the pool , surprise. Although it was nice , just wish we would have known, a guy just shows up at the pool , kinda weird. I would give it a 7 out of 10, but for the money - wow . Needs some work.
