World-class fishing on the private dock, minutes from multiple white sand beaches known for shelling and shark tooth hunting Unique must-visit restaurants, historic spots, golfing, and activities nearby Recently updated, full kitchen, 2 full baths & full-size washer & dryer. Feels like home with every convenience you’ll need!

Feels like home with every convenience you’ll need! You’ll sleep like a baby in the incredibly comfortable beds with quality bedding and pillows. Relax and view the mouth of the Myakka River from the comfortable, incredibly quiet lanai. Free high-speed internet, USB-equipped outlet with multiple ports and extra charging cables provided, smart Roku TV with basic Xfinity package but you can log in to your streaming services via the guest pass and relax after a fun-packed day at the beach! All basic supplies are provided and extra toiletries are available in case you forget something! Truly your home away from home!

The unit is all yours, private entrance with covered parking for 1 car. Sleeps 7 in a pinch. Primary bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite bathroom-2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and Jack & Jill access to the 2nd bathroom. Twin air-bed that can be used anywhere. Fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer & dryer. Hall closet with tons of supplies and beach accessories & lanai guest closet full of fun stuff to use!

Enjoyed our stay!

Condo was very nice and had plenty of “just in case items” for you to use to make our stay enjoyable, as we flew in for this trip and you can’t bring everything from home. The host has equipped the place with things you would need to enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed fishing on the well equipped pier this place had. Host was great to communicate with.

Condo fully equipped

The condo worked well for us 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, fully loaded kitchen, tv, etc. We enjoyed the pool, the pier and local restaurants. It is on a busy hwy so not that great for getting across roadway especially if you are walking. We had a glitch with being able to lock the door, but this will be fixed. Overall comfortable condo to stay in and host was very quick at responding to any questions we had.
