Enjoyed our stay

Great last minute find, cute place, kitchen well stocked, comfy TV room and both beds were comfortable. Truly enjoyed the peaceful environment of the patio area and the friendly community.

Orange Blossom Special

Bright sunshine, lush green grass, vibrant desert flowers, and the sweet scent of citrus and orange blossoms greet guests each morning at the Mountain Villas. As an end unit, the outdoor space is remarkably private, and the condo itself is soundproof. The condo is beautifully appointed, offering a pleasant and relaxing ambiance throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably accommodate overnight guests. The host was readily available, providing warm and hospitable service.

I tend to only rent out my place once per season as it's completely remodeled.

This is my 2nd home that I occasionally 'share it' as I like to escape to it. It's gated, very comfortable, nicely remodeled and well furnished. It's very private and quiet, yet close to all amentities.

The grounds are spacious, filled with orange, grapefruit and lemon trees.
It has tennis and pickle ball courts, several pools and hot tubs.

I tend to rent it to responsible persons like myself who will take care of it like I do. I treat my quests like family. Always there for them and their needs.

If you like quiet and privacy, you'll love the place.

Why they chose this property

It's so peaceful and quiet there. It's secluded so you feel like you're alone even though it's in a small complex. People there are mostly owners and live elsewhere also. It's surrounded by million dollar homes and upscale neighborhoods.

What makes this property unique

High cathedral ceilings, spacious rooms. It's very secluded so it's like having your own quiet area, pool and hot tub for yourself. It has been nicely remodeled and is very comfortable. I love the huge 2 car garage and it being an end unit in a small complex. You'll love the orange, lemon and grapefruit trees on the property. The orange tree off my patio has great fruit.
