The house features four large bedrooms with a king in the primary and the rest with queens. Each room is beautifully decorated with modern touches and original collected art. There's an additional queen pull out couch in the living room.

The open concept layout offers a great space for entertaining and socializing. The incredible 14' cathedral ceilings are featured throughout the house and create a spacious mid-century interior you’ll love.

Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with sliding glass doors that open wide to the pool and fairway. Large windows in each room allow for amazing light and terrific views even while inside the home!

The living room features a stunning larger-than-life mural by a fantastic Los Angeles based artist. Commissioned in early 2021, this wall brings vibrance and energy to the whole house and makes for a perfect photo backdrop.

The kitchen is completely updated to be a chef’s dream! It's stocked with everything you'll need to make a delicious gourmet meal.

Enjoy the an oversized backyard with a salt-water system pool and jacuzzi! Take a walk through the cactus garden and enjoy a 360* view of the mountains from every angle.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the garage and washer/dryer. Cleaning fee includes up to one week of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, detergent and cleaning supplies). You will be responsible for restocking after that.

The home is in the Tahquitz Creek golf course neighborhood and was one of the last developments built by the Alexander Company. Many of the homes are regularly featured during Modernism week.

* * NOTICES * *

Palm Springs requires all short term rentals to pay a city tax of 12.5% which will be collected by Airbnb. For this reason we have lowered the nightly rate.

Pool heating is an additional fee of $75/day. At least 24 hours notice of heating is required. Heating must be done in sequential days.

There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and two cameras outdoors facing towards the pool. Cameras are NOT monitored and are for insurance purposes only. Please feel secure in your privacy.

No smoking/vaping inside the home.

The home is along the golf course and does get the occasional stray golf ball.

Please do not use any white towels to remove make-up and other non-washable products. We provide grey face clothes.

Please respect our neighbors. Outdoor music and noise are absolutely not allowed. The City of Palm Springs is VERY STRICT in enforcing this ordinance and will administer a $500 fine to the guest and a citation to the homeowner for violation.
