Stayed at 1Homes Cabo. The best location in Cabo next to the beach and Marina. Hotel was amazing great views.

The place and location were great and accurate with the listing information. It is situated very nicely on Medano beach with privacy and proximity to Marina, restaurants, and bars. Walkable to town and very secluded at the same time. The service at the resort was excellent. Onsite at the resort, the pools, gym, food, food, and bars were all great. Deb, our vrbo host, was informative, responsive, and very helpful. Thank you Deb!

So impressed with this beautiful property! The views were incredible, the accommodations spacious and clean and staff with top-notch service. This was one of our favorite vacations as a family and we will be coming back!

The staff was more than accommodating, and the location is perfect. The grounds are pristine, and all the landscape is beautiful. My family enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo. We hope to come back soon.

Perfeft

We have stayed in the Hacienda property several times and watched these units get built. We decided to try them this trip and we will never stay anywhere else. The pools, grounds, bar and staff are exceptional. Deb was responsive and everything was turnkey. A great vacation.

Our stay was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunrise from the fitness center — it was peaceful, stunning, and such a special way to start the day.The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. But what really made the experience exceptional was the people. Deb and guest services was amazing — attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Every question was answered quickly and every detail handled with care.It felt effortless, luxurious, and welcoming all at once.We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic 3-bedroom Residence with Superb Service

Such an incredible place. Our three bedroom residence was huge and had views of both the Cabo rocks and the marina. The food was wonderful, and the service was superb. The entire staff was cheerful and willing to help with anything we needed. Jafeth, Brandon, Martin and Bryant were the absolute best, going above and beyond every day. The two infinity pools down by the beach were beautiful and relaxing, but the upper pool near the gym was rarely occupied, and it was almost as if we had our own private pool. Overall, the place was fabulous.

Medano Luxury Living

The property feels like home in many ways. The unit was spacious with amenities such as Viking Appliances, modern furniture. The views are incredible with ample outdoor living space to enjoy. The staff are over the top accommodating, and get to know you on a first name basis. We have stayed here 3 consecutive years, and intend to conitnue the streak. The property manager was fantastic with communication, even though we only booked 1 day in advance. 5 stars all the way

Best time

We had an amazing time in Cabo and absolutely loved the property! Stunning views from the unit, it was a gorgeous unit and the property itself was amazing. We have stayed at hacienda before but decided to try this one and we will definitely be back! Only thing I wish the unit had a vacuum for quick cleanups as our toddler tends to leave a trail of crumbs behind! But the front desk was great and dropped off a broom for us. We will definitely be back
