About the Villa:

A Family-friendly Cabo San Lucas Villa, located in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. Villas Vista Pacifica is over 7000 sq ft of air conditioning, artful design, and fulfilling luxury at its finest. This fabulous 5-star estate boasts arresting stonework with picturesque views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean from the living area, outdoor kitchen, pool’s and 5 of the master suites.

Upon your arrival with up to 11 of your guests, enjoy complementary appetizers, beer and water in the scenic open-air domed living area fulling opening up to the balcony is the perfect spot to entertain your guest and kick off your vacation. As you get settled in take a dip in either of the 2 south facing pools on the top 2 floors of the Villa that get a full day’s sun. Don’t forget to end your day with a family movie night in the 12-seat theater room.

Our professional kitchen is equipped with high quality equipment such as Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. The outdoor kitchen provides an excellent place to BBQ fresh local fish while you are surrounded by captivating beach and mountain views. Don’t want to cook, please inquire about an add-on of chef services. (See Private Chef Services below) in the add on services.

Services Included:

-Housekeeping is provided every other day starting on your 2nd day stay, except Mondays and local Holidays for stays 7 days or longer.

-Welcome Hot Appetizers, Beer, and Water served upon arrival.

Add on Services:

-Private Chef Services are not included in the cost of the booking, but can be added upon request prior to stay at reasonable, negotiated rates. *There is not a minimum number of meals that need to be booked, you have the flexibility to book for every meal during your stay or just a couple. *Please inquire for pricing

-Groceries can be stocked for your stay with a prior request upon booking. *Please inquire for pricing

-Massage Services can be added and booked at pre-negotiated rates prior to your arrival after booking. *Please inquire for pricing

-Transportation is not included, can be added at a pre-negotiated discounted rate upon request.

About the House:

Water:
The Villa has 3 filtration systems to ensure pure filtered water is provided. All water to the house is processed through a desalinization plant to provide fresh water for drinking, bathing, and the pools. We also process through a high-quality double filtration and ultraviolet sanitation system for 100% of the water that is used in the home.

Telephone:
The Villa is equipped with a Vonage phone System. You can dial anywhere in the US and Canada for free.

Entertainment:
12-Seater Theater Room – w/ 1080p overhead projector, Blu-Ray DVD, Denon Receiver

Free Wi-Fi – Gigabit Network w/AC wireless that provides 20 mb or more download speeds & 10 mb or more upload speeds.

T.V.’s - All TV’s updated to 60’ smart TV’s/ 75’ in living room.
Satellite/Cable - American Dish Network Satellite, DVD Player

Stereo – CD Player; Bose speaker in living area; and iPod deck in each bedroom

Accessibility:
Elevator/Lift – This is a lift from the ground (1st) floor to the top(4th) floor, with no stops in between. Stairs are used to get to all other floors.

Please note:
12 guest, Violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 fee, per person, no exceptions day or night.

Our location has no noisy nearby construction to interrupt your peaceful stay. While we want you to enjoy your stay, we do not allow rowdy party groups that intend to party all night, play loud music after 10 pm, or disrespect our home. Our community will not allow late night noise and will fine visitors.

Our cancellation policy as described in our contract varies slightly and supersedes the VRBO listed policy.
