Paradise Awaits! Spend your vacation at Gulf Village! The perfect beach getaway ~

Welcome to Gulf Village 113 in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This fantastic beachfront property offers a great location just 1.3 miles from the famous "Hangout" in the heart of Gulf Shores. Gulf Village is an excellent family destination, conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shops.

The property features direct Gulf front views, a Gulfside pool, and covered parking for your convenience.

Inside this spacious unit, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite includes a Queen bed and a private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has one twin bed plus full sized bunk beds and access to the common guest bath. Additionally, there's a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The large balcony is well-furnished and offers plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the view.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars, with no third vehicle pass available.
There is no "assigned" parking at Gulf Village. Any owner or renter may park in any parking space regardless of the building they are staying in, including the cottages. All parking spaces are considered common areas.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed in the complex.
Pets are not permitted.

The unit was very nice, but the management of the property needs help. There were kids in the pool, yelling and screaming, until 12:00am, kids running up and down the hallways, occupants were taking the carts and keeping them either in their units, or had their beach things loaded on them all week. As well, there were definitely people who weren't staying their parking in the spaces, and using the pool in the afternoon/evening

Nice and on the beach.

Should’ve booked straight through the company but we know for next time. the place was nice. Small and perfect. Right on the beach. can see the shore from the balcony. Check in and out was so easy and stress free! And questions we had were answered very timely!

Customer service not good.

The property was fine, the customer service was not good at all, we had to call and say the cleaning lady was done, then we were given the wrong door code and were told a maintenance man had to come and he never came, so after about an hour we were given the correct code to get into the condo, we were outside in the heat the whole time. Then we had only a short time to get to the office to get another parking pass before they closed, when I thought I had already requested another one. Not at all pleased with the service.

Clean but dated

The condo was clean, but my children didn’t feel comfortable using the guest tub because there was rust and the shower head had torn Sheetrock around it. The master bed was EXTREMELY noisy and felt like it would fall apart at any moment. All the furniture in the living room was stained. The dining table was made of glass that was all scratched up. It was well decorated, and I could tell some improvements have been made. (New master tub). It’s very possible the owner is just doing the upgrades as they can, but I’m just sharing our experience. The elevator was the first thing we noticed that was very gross looking. The pool had Algae in it and was very cold with no heater (which I’m sure is fine other times of the year). We chose a very unpredictable time of the year with the weather—it went from gorgeous and sunny in the morning to winds so strong with clouds that it was just too cool to be in the water (this was the first full week in May). The view from the condo was mixed. There is a beautiful gulf view, but right across from the balcony is another building unit that is very old made of cinder blocks with windows…so others can just look directly into your condo. We honestly left a day early due to the building being so worn down and the weather being so unpredictable. It was a combo of both things.I was very pleased with the management service. They were very helpful when I had questions and were easily accessible through the main phone number.
