Unobstructed views of miles of unspoiled State Park dunes from balcony and out bedroom & living room windows, Gulf water right below you and then miles of more beach to the East. Even gorgeous views north to lush Gulf Shores State Park. Panoramic views. Position your chair either on the uncrowded state park beach to the left or miles of fun filled beach to the right of condo.View both sunrise and sunset. Walk to State Fishing pier yet close to shopping and entertainment, nature and bike trails. Nothing separates you from the beach, indoor or outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Covered parking.You will find that this condo is newly renovated, clean, comfortable and spacious. Furnishing, decor and A/C are well maintained. Listen to the sound of waves while you cook in the fully stocked kitchen or relax to the 42" flat screen TV and stereo. Watch TV in the den or in both bedrooms. A king size bed in master bedroom and queen in the other. Both bedrooms have Gulf views. Two new built-in bunk beds and a sleeper/sofa. The bedrooms are fully carpeted with tile throughout the rest of condo. Very quiet. Only sounds at night are the ocean.If you want a clean, nice place to relax with family or friends and you enjoy the beach and being close enough but not too close to all the Gulf Shores fun, this is your place.
