Luxury home with VERY PRIVATE Pool & Jacuzzi near theme parks

This beautifully appointed home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a large lot, with no neighbors to be seen from the pool area. Enjoy the completely PRIVATE pool and jacuzzi after a busy day at the parks or coming back from an adventure to one of Florida's beautiful beaches. No looking at a wall, or neighbors next door. The bright kitchen has been recently remodeled with new, quartz countertops and cabinets. Enjoy your favorite beverage, sitting in the quaint and cozy kitchen nook, with a view of the crystal clear pool and private back yard. Spend an evening, grilling your favorite dish and enjoying your meal in the fully screened in spacious lanai, protected from pesky bugs, hearing local birds in the trees, or maybe watching a quick storm go by. You might even spot a turtle coming out of the conservation area to cross the back yard.

We actually use this home as our own vacation property 4-6 months out of the year, so you can be assured that it is kept in tip-top shape.

WiFi is included, along with Spectrum TV for your favorite channels. Remember your passwords to watch your own streaming services on the large screen in the cozy living room.

All Major Theme parks are 20-30 minutes from your driveway. Clearwater Beach on the west coast is 1.25 hours and Cocoa Beach on the east coast (along with the Kennedy Space Center) is 1.5 hours - both an easy day trip. Grocery stores and restaurants are located less than 5 minutes from the house.

Plenty of space for your family with 3 bedrooms plus a bonus den and 2 full bathrooms. Open floor plan allows for easy visiting and enjoying meals either in the formal dining area, or at the kitchen counter & nook. Master bedroom is light and airy with 3 large windows to view the private pool and backyard. Ensuite bathroom includes a spacious shower with a separate, LARGE soaking tub, double sinks and a walk-in closet for your comfort.

Everything you need is provided to enjoy your vacation. From beach towels for the pool area, a gas grill to enjoy your favorite dish, "pack n play" & highchair for the little ones, to a washer and dryer for your convenience. A Keurig coffee machine for that first morning with a small assortment of coffees. Our den is stocked with many books, DVD's and games. There are even floaties for the pool & tennis rackets for the tennis courts!

Pool and Spa heat is available for an extra $20 per night charge. The pool is normally the same temperature as the outdoors without extra heat. If you are visiting in the summer heat, and don't want to use the spa as a "hot tub", then you probably do not need heating. However, if you want the pool heated and/or if you'd like to soak in a hot spa, you will need the extra heat.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. Our host was great with communication and provided a well-stocked home for us to enjoy. The location is convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We all loved the pool and hot tub, especially the privacy for our relaxation.

Pool and Hot tub were very clean along with the house. Everything we needed was there! Plenty of towels too. We had a very nice visit. Be sure to drive over to Lake Louisa State Park just 27 minutes away. Over 4300 acres of wooded park land and it had multiple lakes, Deer were fun to watch. Then come back to enjoy the hot tub!

We enjoyed the privacy and the pool the most. It was also an easy drive to other destinations. (Disney, Gatorland)The kitchen was newly updated and fully equipped. We also traveled with our bikes, but found it a difficult ride around the neighborhood. We located a bike path that was about a 30 minute drive away. It was awesome.The home owner was easily contacted and always pleasant. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Family Christmas in Florida

I was worried that the listing photos were too good to be true, but, Sunny Daze Villa was better in person! Tastefully decorated, stocked with all the towels and kitchenware and gadgets one could need, clean and comfy. . It was a perfect setting for our Family Christmas reunion. Maureen was responsive, helpful and kind.We hope to stay here, again, when in the Orlando area!

Great stay

Our stay was wonderful. We were two couples staying for five nights. The house was nice and clean with an open concept. The house is in a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic sounds. The backyard had nice trees and shrubs, which gave privacy in the pool area. We really appreciated the fact that there were a few basic amenities available, such as tinfoil, Saran Wrap, and some spices to cook with - which could have been left by previous guests, but it was appreciated nonetheless. The washrooms had travel shampoos and soaps, and the kitchen had garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher pods which was helpful. We spent two of our four days relaxing and enjoying the pool and hot tub, which was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes (inside and outside sets). There was slight hiccup with check in where I didn’t have a code for the door but once Maureen received the message from Vrbo, she called me right away, let me in, gave me the code and her cell phone number in case I needed anything else.We went to EPCOT one day and Discovery Cove another day. The drive to Disney is 30 to 45 minutes because of traffic. The drive to the airport is 45 minutes to an hour.Overall, we enjoyed the house and the location. I would stay there again.

We are Californian natives, but really enjoy Florida. We were excited to be able to purchase this beautiful vacation home for our own vacations! Sitting by (or in) our private pool is more than we ever expected. We look forward to the peaceful feeling and beautiful view from the screened in pool area every time we visit. We enjoy visiting Disney World, even if for just a dinner; it's so easy to just "pop over" for the evening. We also like to take 1-2 day trips out to the coast. It brings us joy to share our beautiful vacation home with you and your family.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet. It was also built in the mid 90's with more spacious lots than the newer homes. We can walk the entire neighborhood in safety. The location can't be beat with grocery stores, day-to-day shopping, restaurants and the theme parks so close.

What makes this property unique

Most pool areas in residential neighborhoods face another neighbor. If not directly behind, at least on the sides. Our pool area is very private. Although we do have neighbors, our home is on a "bulb" in the road with a pie shaped lot so you do not see any neighbors from the pool area. We also do not have a solid fence to stare at. The view from the pool is nature!
