Great experience at this villa, fantastic pool/hot tub, superb location and great communication from the owner throughout. Spotless, other than one drawer that hadn't been cleaned and had a half-eaten cookie on arrival! Would not hesitate to recommend this villa, and will look to return for our next visit.

The house was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, great location. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We added the heat and used both nearly every day of our stay. The house was well stocked with pool items and kitchen items to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Loved this house. Very clean and cozy. The pool and the hot tub were exceptional. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. Would have booked again but it was already taken for our dates.

This was a wonderful home to stay in, very clean and had a well appointed kitchen and ample dining room for the entire family. Hot tub and pool were well maintained. We especially enjoyed the air hockey table and the children’s floats and pool accessories. Our only inconvenience was the very limited parking, with the driveway holding a maximum of two vehicles and the street spaces in front of our rental were already taken by neighbors who never moved the cars the entirety of our stay. I do recommend this property, and the Owner, Sandra, was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for hosting our family get together!

Everything about this rental was great. Sandra was awesome! It took a little while for the hot tub to heat up, but after about 45 minutes it was great. We had a little issue but it was taken care is within in a couple of hours

House was great! Owner was very attentive to any questions we had. Location is close by to anything you may need during your stay. House is well stocked to get you started for your stay. My family and I rent multiple times a year in this area and were very happy with this house.

We just stayed this last week in April. The property was excellent, exactly as described and meticulously cleaned, which I really appreciated.The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked, great cold a/c. The pool and hot tub with heater were awesome, used it every day. The location was very convenient and centrally located to all the parks and Orlando. We went to Clearwater for the beaches and that was an easy day trip too. One thing we really loved was how quiet the neighborhood was as well. It made it easy to rest. My only pet peeve was the lock box where the key is. It's a little hard to work with. Otherwise, wonderful stay and I would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this Villa. It was our first time in Florida and we definitely made the right choice with this villa. The location is perfect for getting around. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc a few minutes drive from the villa. Disney and universal are also easily accessible from here. Pool was great, rooms are spacious and clean. I honestly dont have a bad word to say about it. We are planning to come back in two years and there is no where else i would want to stay.

The house had everything you need to prepared meals in the home. The pool and hot tub was great. Grocery store located near home. Plenty of bedding and blankets. We enjoyed our time at the home.
