The Summer house

We loved everything about The Summer house! We were sad to leave and definitely plan to make it an annual vacation!

Family Fun

There were 7 of us staying at The Summer house, it had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The pool and lazy river was great. We would stay there again.

Great place

Loved the property, house did not feel overly clean though and there wasn’t a broom or mop accessible.

Very nice, clean home. Nice pool/lazy river area and very easy/quick access to trails for walking or cycling. HOA should consider at least vending machines by pool area if not even food/drinks with small kitchen. Missed opportunity there. The outside shower at the house does need the doors repaired as they’re missed a large portion of their privacy slats.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook diinner if you want a night in or two. The resort was great! The kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Using the jeep to get to the beach is key if you have chairs and coolers to bring. Easy to text or call to have the jeep pick you up to take you to the beach. We will be back.
