It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. All of the bed pillows were super fat and solid. They did provide us with a 35 inconvenience fee.

Soft pillows are in the closet in the bedroom. Guest indicated that they would arrive at 3. We waited until 3:45 and there was no communication so we left because we had scheduled our day around the arrival time of 3. No other guests have had problems with the door and the couch. Door opened fine when I tried it 30 mins after you tried to check in and left. I apologize for the incorrect phone number in the VRBO check in message. That was fixed immediately. If you had messaged about pillows, I would have told you that they were in the closet, visible from the beds. We refunded for the two hours of time the guests missed from being in the room.
Clean, pleasant, and well located for UVM graduation weekend
Nice, simple, well maintained accommodation. It is important to note that this property does not have a kitchen and the bedroom has two single beds. As long as that situation works for you, this is a good place to stay when you are visiting Burlington.
This property was located close to my daughter’s place and very convenient. The beds are comfortable although better quality pillows would be a plus. The bathroom is updated and nice! A ceiling fan in both rooms would help circulate the air especially at night. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood.

Thank you! We have bought memory foam pillows as an alternative. Thank you for the suggestion!
Anita and Vladimir have made this space very comfortable. I had a 5:45am departure from BTV and it’s a 3 min drive to the airport. Surprisingly quiet, sweet neighborhood, and very comfortable. Bath products and plenty coffee pods, nice linens made my brief stay most pleasant

Walking distance to the airport. Mini fridge and plenty of k cups. However, I felt watched. I was asked about temperature settings 5 times. I was asked about when I'd be coming and going 3 times. Shower water did not get hot first night. I stayed 3 nights.I mention because of the cleaning fees, but I had to place sheets on the beds and bathroom mats myself. The towels were not soft, I think dried on a clothing line?

We try to communicate with guests to ensure that their preferences are being met, but didn’t realize that this bothered this you. We simply were trying to make sure you were OK. One bed was made up because there was supposed to be one guest. We don’t supply linens for extra guests that were bot included in the original reservation .
I wished I had researched this property better. Lack of kitchen facilities which I missed. I do believe that the owners entered the unit the first day we were away without permission. I had left a 'tell' in the door frame that was dislodged. Otherwise, this was a decent place to stay.

Hi. The unit says clearly what is there. We don’t have kitchen facilities and don’t claim too. We provide lots of pictures. Not sure about the entering; please ask if you have any questions. We may have entered for a reason, but normally we would ask. We respect our guests privacy.
Please let us know why 6/10. We have gotten great reviews from everyone. We would like to know what we could have done to make your guest experience better
