Our family had a fabulous time! The kids didn’t want to leave. They would have enjoyed spending the entire day at the house. So many fun things to do, we couldn’t even get to them all. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone who travels to the area.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean and felt really comfortable the moment we walked in. The kids had a blast — there was so much for them to do, and plenty for us to enjoy as a family. The location couldn’t have been better… we were right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get to all the fun attractions and activities. Honestly, it felt like the perfect home base for our trip. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic time in Rochester. It was our first time visiting the area. Our son was absolutely delighted to find all the toys and games in the house. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, check-in was seamless. We would absolutely come back.

Great Weekend

The hosts were awesome! We had so much fun at this house with all the things for the kids to do. The bunk beds and trundle bed were great for our three kids. The hosts were responsive and we had a great time!

Beautiful property

My family was visiting Rochester as we were dropping my youngest daughter at college. This property was close and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the area, being so close to the Lake was a definite bonus! We will be back!

The owners of the house were very responsive to every message. They are truly great hosts. The house has everything needed to keep little ones entertained. The owners metal is arrive early after explaining our situation with what was going on. I would highly recommend this house

this Vacation spot was pristine, accommodated my large family, the beds were incredibly co for table and it was the perfect home away from home! If you are in Rochester for an e ent and need to accommodate a large group This home is well worth it!

Everything you need and more!

The Host were wonderful the house was everything they described and more! Perfect for a large group of all ages! Location was close to everything even the grounds were very well kept with so much to do out there. I will definitely be back to stay! Thank you for the hospitality!

A good location with great amenities

This was a great house for six adults. It is roomy, very clean, well appointed, and EASY in EASY out. Check out was very simple . . . sweep the floors. The location is a very easy (flat)15-minute walk to Lake Ontario Beach Park. It is also located just off Lake Avenue, which made it a straight shot to and from our event venue—a very quick 7 miles away in the Mayor's Heights/Corn Hill area of Rochester. One note, the kitchen sink is higher tech than I am used to. It has a sensor on the base to turn it on and off with a wave of the hand. It works well once you get the hang of it—though I did look under the sink to see if the water main was on, LOL. It would also be a great space if you have younger people in your group. There is a large upstairs space that has bunk beds, a TV, a sectional recliner, and games. It is a very fun space. And it is located up and away from the main bedrooms, for those early to bed. Parking was on the street. It was very easy. I recommend the house VERY HIGHLY.

Great house for our family with 3 children.

The house was very clean and everything as in the pictures. Well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Towels were also well stock in the washroom and everything was very complete. The street is quite and very easy to get to places that we need to get to while we were there. We had a wonderful stay!! We will return again whenever we are back in the area next year.

Hi! We’re long-time Rochester residents—18 years and counting. This home was our very first place together, and it holds a special spot in our hearts. I’m a nurse and my husband is a mortgage consultant, and when we’re not working, we love to travel. Those experiences helped inspire how we’ve designed and updated this apartment.

We wanted to create a space that’s comfortable, easy to enjoy, easy to keep clean and entertain everyone! The apartment was recently remodeled with durable, washable finishes and minimal carpet—just on the stairs for safety. Our goal is to offer a welcoming, convenient place for guests to relax and feel right at home.

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we’ve enjoyed preparing this space for you!
