Beautiful home! It had everything we needed for our annual Spring Break trip. The snow was not good for skiing so we spent a lot of time in the house. It is beautifully decorated, great view of the resort and had enough space for all of us. Tim was easy to work with and checked on our stay, which was nice. We will definitely rent Winterfell again!

Amazing Property even better owner

The property owner communicated with us numerous times and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful! So much space, amazing views and stocked with everything.

This was an amazing home! There was everything you could think of to use in the kitchen and everything throughout the home is high quality! Wonderful communication and a great location! We will return here when we come back to Winter Park!

We absolutely cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Winterfell at Winter Park! The house was more than we hoped. Beautiful home, extremely clean, comfortable and the views are spectacular. Tim and Stacey are the best host you could ask for. Extremely communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great Property & Great Location

It was a great property for our group of 10. Well stocked and plenty of room. Tim and Stacey, our hosts, provided lots of good local information and suggestions. The location, right across from the ski resort was ideal for us and close enough to watch the fireworks from the house. We highly recommend it.

House is great Almost every room has its own radiant heat. The views of the mountain are great to look at. Great for families as there is plenty of space. Owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. No surprises. Safe to book.

Family Ski Week

Tim & Stacey,Thank you so much for allowing our extended family to enjoy a week in your lovely home. It was perfect and more than expected. Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean, lots of needed :) space for our family, exceptional hot tub with views and continuous views from top floor. Easy access to the mountain whether taking the bus ski shuttle or driving/parking. Excellent communication with hosts pre and throughout the visit. This home is absolutely stunning. From the incredible view of the slopes to the amenities and decor, this place is 5 stars! The kitchen is so well-stocked and organized. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our large group. The drive to drop off skiers at the slopes was quick and easy (and there is a shuttle that runs regularly as well). The smart home was a plus. Everything in the home felt new and super clean. Tim is an outstanding host with excellent communication. All household instructions were exceptionally clear and Tim also provided a wonderful list of recommendations for restaurants in the Winter Park area. Cross country skiing was 15-20 mins away at Snow Mountain Ranch (absolutely beautiful trails) and Devil's Thumb Ranch (slightly more upscale). Overall, we had a fabulous week and would absolutely stay at this home again.
