La respuesta es bastante simple: Agricola Neci, una mansión compuesta por 4 suites independientes (cada una con su entrada privada, dormitorio, baño y sala de estar) y un comedor y cocina comunes.

Agricola Neci está inmerso en una finca de 642 acres, donde puede disfrutar de la intimidad, la privacidad y la relajación en un mundo secreto rodeado por la campiña toscana. Pase su tiempo leyendo libros, comiendo y bebiendo o disfrutando de los sitios de nuestra propiedad de 642 acres. Con camas de trufas y olivares en la finca, puede dedicarse a la caza de trufas o la cosecha de aceitunas para ayudar a hacer nuestro propio aceite de oliva, Olio Nece.

Si le gustan las actividades deportivas, hay muchas cosas que hacer, como kayak en el lago privado de Agricola, subir y bajar las colinas o andar en bicicleta en uno de los paisajes más bellos del mundo. What a wonderful, wonderful place. Just take everything you have ever heard about Tuscany, beautiful rolling hills, sunny days quiet nights, fresh farm to the table food, mash it into 1 and this place is it. From the moment we arrived with 2 teen boys and grandparents, Patrick, Margarita, and Gregorio made us feel at home. As others have said, the introductory tour with Patrick was a highlight - cruising the extensive property in golf carts, hearing the history and learning about future plans, and meeting Max! The friendly, big, white dog.The boys had a blast - exploring on bikes & golf carts, canoeing on the lake, swimming in the infinity pool, and cooking in the chef-level kitchen. Our parents did it best - spending the week at the estate, wandering & lounging. While we added cheese making, olive oil making & tasting, a visit to the Abby for Vespers (8min drive), pasta making (onsite) & truffle hunting (onsite). We found out during the pasta making that the chef can be hired to cook for you all week - which must be amazing! The pasta and pasta sauce we made were delicious. The truffle hunting was super interesting - hearing about his father's truffle hunting, the training of his dog Vespina, and all about truffles in general. We loved tramping in the woods and finding truffles, and the dinner was amazing.But the best part was the beautiful villa with lovely & spacious apartments, delicious espresso, and tons of spots to sit / lounge / walk to enjoy the gorgeous views.

Amazing villa on a stunning property -- beautiful Tuscan living! The views of rolling hills and fields are picture perfect all around -- whether from the rooms, massive infinity pool, or the many tables and lookouts scattered around the property. Kitchen is very well-stocked, including great coffee and milk frothing machines. Patrick is incredibly helpful and responsive, giving us a full tour of the property on golf carts upon arrival followed by aperitivo. The property staff are also kind and always happy to lend a hand.

Stunning

Absolutely beautiful estate. Patrick was super attentive, and the views are just breathtaking. Easy location to visit Montepulciano, Montelcino and Siena, and we even went to Florence which is less than 2 hours drive. Coming back every afternoon to relax in the swimming pool while enjoying the views was a highlight!

Amazing Experience!

We were lucky enough to spend a few days in this piece of heaven: everything has been stunning!We've really enjoyed the truffle hunting experience: the pasta and eggs made with truffle were so delicious. Unfortunately given the season, the pool was not open yet, but it looked really amazing, so we definitely have to come back during the summer season!

Like being in a postcard

My stay at Agricola Neci was a true idyllic retreat; the villa and the surrounding property is beautiful, peaceful, charming, serene…and fun! I felt like I was in my own private oasis, yet near enough to the Tuscany hamlet of Buonconvento to tap into locale cuisine, culture, and neighborhood comradery. The sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside were breathtaking, morning, noon, and night. At sunrise, I was welcomed with billowing fog along the rolling hills and colorful clouds…and at sunset, Mother Nature helped to celebrate yet another day in paradise with a kaleidoscope of colors.Agricola Neci is a such a hidden gem!

Fantastic Stay

What an incredible place! Patrick and his team made our stay a luxurious and memorable experience! The estate, especially the infinity-edge swimming pool are surrounded by stunning views of quintessential Tuscan courtyside, which made for some pretty epic sunsets! We also loved the lake and th golf buggies! The rooms all have private access so you have the privacy of a hotel, but with the common areas and kitchen, which were very well equipped. The daily housekeeping and cleaning of the common areas were a big plus! Patrick's communication was great and he was quick to respond and accomodating. The property is located between Siena and Montalcino/Montepulciano and very accessible for day trips/dinners out, not that you'll want to leave! We were utterly spoiled by Patrick and his team and would love to go back! Would highly recommend, 10/10!

Wow - Just Perfect !

Thankyou Patrick for a truly wonderful 5* experience. Ava everyday made our stay feel very special as our daily host. Our stay lived up to and beyond all expectations and would highly recommend the activities with Truffle Hunting, Pizza making and our Pasta course, and not forgetting the first night with our private chef. Thank you again Patrick for the links to all locations nearby and would like you to add another for your recommendations, namely 5 mins away, I actually cycled, to the Monastery Monte Oliveto Maggiore which aside from the monastery has it fully licensed bar and restaurant which has the nearest Tabac for us smokers btw, great food, service and wine. Thoroughly enjoyed everyday and will be back for your next phase.

An awesome experience

AGRICOLA NECI is a luxury experience all the way. From the owner Patrick to the staff (Eva, Santiago and Gregorio) everyone was there to make sure our experience was memorable. The views of the surrounding valleys are incredible. The house itself is out of a movie. I highly recommend an extended vacation here.

Met all my expectations

This is an amazing property. We had two families come together to enjoy this delightful Tuscan estate. The property is well designed to soak up Tuscany’s nature and landscape. The staff are kind and generous. They were always willing to help with anything at any time. They helped keep the property clean and well-taken care of, working early in the morning and late at night. Numerous restaurants are within 10 m car ride. We visited Sienna and the local monastery for the evening vespers. Lovely experience. Our family gives this property an 10 out of 10!

Great place amid wonderful surroundings

We spent two weeks at Agricola Neci. Patrick met us when we arrived and was extremely gracious. He was like a concierge at a luxury hotel. Gregorio and Oliva are the onsite employees whom we had daily contact. They were fabulous. The daily housekeeping and the kitchen cleaning is definitely a big plus. We have plans to return again next year

Perfect setting and location to enjoy Tuscany

Agricola Neci was a beautiful location for our family trip to Tuscany. The suites allowed for privacy, without the confines of a hotel room. The common area, kitchen, and outdoor dining areas were perfect for family breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was divine—a big asset for the hot summer days when we wanted to relax amid the Tuscan scenery. The views were spectacular. We always wanted to be back on the property for the sunsets. The location of the property was perfect for our many day trips to Sienna, Montalcino, and Montepulciano. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour and tasting at Ciacci Piccolomini, which Patrick coordinated for us. The cleaning and property staff were friendly and made everything seamless. Last, but certainly not least, our host Patrick made sure we were welcomed to and familiar with the property on the day of our arrival, and he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We loved seeing Bruno and Max—such friendly dogs.

Outstanding vacation home in a beautiful location.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location and with a very helpful and gracious host. The recent addition of a 30M swimming pool makes this a very unique and special property. Too good to be true

A breathtaking property surrounded by hundreds of acres olive trees overlooking Tuscan hills. My family (4 adults and 1 infant) had an exceptional stay at Agricola Neci. We were pleasantly surprised by the service (Olivia and Gregorio who cleaned and took care of the property during our stay), amenities (AC in every room!!) and beautiful new pool. Really seemed too good to be true. We would love to stay there again, tour the beautiful property by golf cart, swim in kayaks on a private lake and soak up the sun by the pool. The best!

Breathtaking Estate - Relaxing Getaway!

Patrick was amazing!! After leaving the Amalfi coast, jumping on the high-speed train to Florence, taking a 3-hour walking tour around Florence, then driving to the property, we were exhausted when we arrived. Patrick and his staff met us with a smile, great appetizers, and a wealth of information about the property and all the amenities offered. He drove us around the property on golf carts to show us the pool, lake, hiking trails, and the beautiful landscape of his picturesque estate. He also helped set up a BBQ night with the local Butcher, a fine dining night with a masterful Chef, and a delightful cooking class with a lovely couple that was so fun and delicious. Well located in Tuscany within reasonable driving distance to so many great destinations - Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza - and so on. Short drive to the local village for groceries, etc. Highly recommend! PS the property dogs Bruno and Max were also great company

Just clicking yes cannot do justice to how much we love staying at Neci.

Our second time here, and we love everything about this Patrick, the owner, is a fabulous host, caring, expansive and with a fabulous personality reflected in the quality and love that he placed into the smallest details of this magnificent property. The staff spoils you, the views are unparalleled to anything else I have seen in this part of Tuscany and Patricks recommendations are all first class. Impossible to describe in words what a wonderful vacation staying at Neci provides.

True idyllic retreat!

Wow!!!

Although I could have imagined this place was beautiful, I never imagined it was so beautiful. The rooms, the views, it was like being in a postcard. Plus I had two extraordinary experiences that I will never forget. Truffle hunting (Agricola Neci is rich in truffle grounds) and the olives harvest with relative oil tasting. I can't wait to be back!

Besser geht's nicht...

Wir waren mittlerweile mehrfach in der Toskana und hatten immer schöne Häuser gemietet, aber dieses Erlebnis werden wir sicherlich nicht vergessen. Die ganze Anlage ist noch schöner, als es online ausgesehen hat, Patrick - als Gastgeber - hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und zusätzlich BBQ und Kochkurs für uns organisiert. Sein Team vor-Ort war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir es gebraucht hätten. Absolut spitze alles zusammen. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und die Fahrt mit dem Golfcart über das Gelände und zum See machen einfach Spaß. Wir neigen nicht zu Superlativen, aber das Gesamtpaket hier hat es absolut verdient.

Amazing Property and Outstanding Service

We were extremely impressed with the property - it exceeded our expectations at every turn. The location was great for hitting the best wine regions, and very drivable to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. Patrick was amazing - meeting us at the property and personally touring us through the vast acreage upon our arrival. He ensured that we were comfortable with the suites (all different layouts and WAY nicer than shown in the pictures), and the amenities of the property (bikes, golf carts, and canoes and kayaks on the property lake). We all greatly appreciated the personal attention he provides for his guests. We were also very impressed with Gregoria and Margarita and their support for us throughout the week. They exercised perfect discretion in their daily routines (cleaning, etc.), but were immediately available whenever we needed anything. And of course, Bruno - the four-legged best friend to our entire group. Our only regret was that we only had a week to enjoy this villa and land - we will definitely be coming back and strongly recommend this property.

The images of the countryside and surrounding villages will bring smiles to our faces for years to come. The hospitality of the owner and his staff was exemplary. Our four couples were ensconced in luxury in individual apartments and shared the common dining areas for breakfast and catered dinners. The private estate was open for our tour via golf carts. The listing description is accurate and I cannot recommend this villa enough!

Spectacular vacation!

We stayed at Neci for two weeks with family and friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had no idea the property would be so stunning. When we arrived we drove through the beautiful iron gates to the generous villa overlooking Tuscan hills. It was even better than we had imagined! We were welcomed by Patrick, the owner, and Bruno the friendly dog, who took us on a tour of the substantial property on golf carts. The villa is extremely comfortable and each suite is very large and separate. We have very high standards and the accommodations were well appointed and luxurious. There is a separate building with a common kitchen and dining room, which worked out nicely for group dinners and parties. Patrick was available via phone to help us with any questions we had and he arranged for some chefs to come to the villa to cook for us. The property is truly a destination in itself and we spent many days at the villa swimming in the lake, kayaking, walking, and riding bikes and golf carts. The location is really ideal if you want to tour the many towns in Tuscany, go wine tasting, etc, but have privacy and the peacefulness of the Tuscan countryside. The whole experience was like a dream and we would love to stay again next time we are in Tuscany!

Rome is a town of an amazing beauty, but it can be chaotic. In a just few hours drive we have the chance to regenerate us. Walking through the woods, laying down in the olive groves, watching the stars at night or listening to the sound of deers are all detoxing experiences. And to say it all, the winery tours help a lot as well!
