Camparone nestles among vines and olive groves within the private estate of ‘Tenuta Villa d'Arceno’. The Estate is around a thousand hectares of forest, vineyards, olive groves, Cypress avenues and is one of the few remaining, intact estates in Italy from a bygone era, dating from the C16th with a chapel, romantic park and lake.

Once a farmhouse and barn, Camparone has been restored using traditional materials and is now a luxurious Villa with modern conveniences, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, smart TV and tastefully styled by a notable Italian interior designer. The villa sits in a private garden with its own exclusive pool. Tranquil and 'away from it all' Camparone is within minutes of local villages and towns. Camparone sleeps eight guests, but it is possible to host up to twelve guests, there are two double bedrooms in the ‘Fienile’ located within the same private grounds of the Villa. The 'Fienile' is opened exclusively for guests renting the Villa where numbers exceed eight, please enquire.

Accessed along cypress avenues on the estate, the Villa consists of a main ‘house’ with two wings and a South facing courtyard garden. A ‘front’ door in the East wing leads directly into the breakfast room with a huge, fully equipped modern kitchen to the right. To the left in the East wing is the library and dining room which may seat up to twelve diners. Off the nearby hallway is a half bathroom (wc), and the stairs to the upper floors. At the far end of the hallway is the Master Bedroom with king sized bed
and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, lavatory, bidet, double basin and a ‘massage’ shower. Next to the bedroom is the West wing housing the Sitting Room with fireplace and French doors leading to the 'outdoor living room' under a large porch with outdoor furniture from which to admire the scenery. Closing the door to the hallway allows the master bedroom and living room to form a 'suite'. Between the wings is a walkway with arches, a ‘loggia’, above which, a second loggia, accessed by the first floor hallway. On the first floor are three suites, the ‘Oriental’ bedroom has double bed, en-suite with basin, lavatory and shower. The ‘Green’ Bedroom has twin beds, en-suite bathroom with basin, bath, shower cubicle, lavatory and bidet. It also has access to the loggia. The ‘Red’ Bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with two basins, bathtub with shower and lavatory. The top floor has a small sitting room along with a bathroom with shower, basin and lavatory. With windows all around it makes for a reading/relax room with views in all directions.

Camparone is part of ‘Arceno Rentals Club’ which provides our guests with an inclusive quality service before and throughout their stay. From your booking to the end of your vacation Arceno Rentals Club is there for our guests. For stays of seven nights or more we include a welcome basket of quality local food and wine on arrival. We also supply house wine, a bar of branded spirits and Italian liqueurs. We also offer daily housekeeping, mid-week linen change and supply of consumables such as coffee capsules, charcoal etc.

You will be welcomed at the Villa by a member of the team and during your stay our Concierge Manager can assist with anything from restaurant reservations, winery tours, car rental, child minding and more.
