Rental includes the entire Studio and porch area and access to the beach and pier.

Please note: The beach consists of two lots and a pier. They are shared with our guests staying at the other rentals on the property. It is large enough for all to have their own private space.

If you need extra space, the Studio can be booked alongside our Casa (sleeps up to 6) and/or Casita (sleeps up to 3), accommodating up to eleven guests for an even more memorable stay.

Perfect!

A few miles out of the hustle and bustle of town, with easy access to it all-The beachfront at this place was incredible!Coconut palms provide a little shade, and the dock/pier are out of a postcard! Our unit was modestly sized(perfect for a couple) with great amenities, a well outfitted kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The whole facility was clean and inviting. A great pool, good landscaping, toys like fishing poles and snorkels- and the best part was the snorkeling right off the beach here! Tons of fish and wildlife just 100yds off the beach. It’s a very safe, friendly atmosphere- Will stay again!

Simply heaven!

We just returned from a truly incredible week and a half at this amazing property — the absolute highlight of our time in Belize. The property itself is gorgeous and the location is awesome - close enough to town that you can pop down to the store or any number of bars/restaurants whenever you want, but also nice and quiet. The landscaping and layout of the property make you feel almost secluded, so it’s very private. The owners have put a lot of thought and detail into their units, and each one has such a perfect charm. Communication with both the owner and the property manager was so easy and they are so helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Placencia — book here! You won’t regret it.
