Awesome vacation

We had an awesome vacation. The condo was very clean, beachy feel decor, fabulous view, easy access to the beach, no complaints! Bbq grills on site! Beautiful weather! We will stay in this condo again in future!

We had the best week in this condo! It was even better than the pictures. Clean and everything was neat. We always stay at gulf dunes but this has been out favorite condo to stay in.

This unit was nice and clean. The only problem was the dishwasher did not work, but we didn't really have a lot to wash at a time.

Nice to have a kitchen to prepare some meals. Good location to walk across the street to grab dinner. Main thing we didn't like about Unit 402 was the guest toilet ran constantly and plugged up easily even with very little toilet paper. Plunging and calling maintenance wasn't something we wanted to do during vacation. Toilet could easily be replaced for very little money compared to the amount you pay to stay.

Could have been cleaner

My first thought was nice then I noticed the black dirt around the doorknobs on most doors, I bought a magic eraser to clean up. The dining room table was severely rusted. Then realized the toaster wasn't working properly. Not really sure about toaster oven , it had no rack. Overall we were there for the beach. We did not spend much time in the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a really wonderful property, and the included beach chairs/umbrella plus covered parking space was awesome. I would come back here in a heartbeat, the staff in the building was so friendly and attentive, the digital key was so convenient. The unit was really lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and all of the amenities that you need.. The one thing we desired was an outdoor hot tub and a larger pool. We have kids and there's not really a "kid vibe" at this property. There were a couple of older people that once told my kids to be quiet in the pool. So, to sum it up. Beautiful place, if you have older kids it's absolutely perfect. But we have younger ones and they are loud, and we prefer to have a bigger pool and pool area.

Relaxing Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Gulf Dunes and second experience with Brooks and Shorey. We were very pleased. The condo was as the photos depicted. We enjoyed the Alexa amenity! The washing machine quit on Day 2. The staff were quick to have maintenance take a look. When it could not be repaired by maintenance, owners were notified and service technicians came the next day. Reimbursement for use of nearby laundromat was offered. It was repaired within 2 days. We would recommend to the owners to restock the stemware. It was a collage with no 4 glasses alike. There were not 4 glasses to serve wine. Rec: A Keurig for coffee. The condo was dark at night; suggest an additional table lamp in the living room and guest bedroom. Also a 4th hightop chair for balcony would have allowed our group to eat together. Location, cleanliness, property management company, and beach service contractor were superb! We will stay here again.

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and parking in the garage was nice! However, the condo could use a good “spring” cleaning. Dust, duvets need washed, floors need scrubbed. The sofa sleeper has seen it’s better days, not comfortable to sit on, we did not sleep on it so I can’t speak about the mattress. The master mattress was comfortable. Not much to cook in, only one small skillet and saucepan in the kitchen. Even though things get worn and dated, it should still be clean. :) Would recommend to a friend only if cleaned properly.

Girl's Annual Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here! Everything is always so nice. Our unit has new living room furniture and it was so nice!

Condo with a great view, but roaches too

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo with a view. Have stay in this exact condo before so we knew it was good. But there were roaches on the counter tops and coming out of the dishwasher. Not sure why. We were already relocated to this condo, so we were already a little perturbed. Nice enough, but apparently needs better cleaning.

We are very sorry to hear about this and we will be sure to call the HOA to set up a spray for that unit. Unfortunately it is that time of year that they are starting to come out so we will be sure to get a spray set up. We hope you were able to enjoy your stay overall.

Excellent place to stay

This place has very good access to the beach. Rooms are clean and all facilities are good. Nothing to complain for a short stay. Property management team member communicated checking details, parking etc.. in a timely manner. Property management team member on site is approachable and very friendly. Stayed during last week of December -2021.

Great comfortable layout

Amazing oceanfront views! We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the incredible ocean view. We loved how the condo had everything we needed for our stay. This condo makes great use of the space. It accommodated my family (6 total people) very comfortably. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip and great condo!

Our condo was just as pictured. Very clean, had everything we needed. The view was incredible and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Will be staying there again in the near future!
