OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - - SEBAGO LAKE SHOREFRONT - Cozy rustic cottage with country charm throughout located off the beaten path on quiet lot. Great enclosed porch overlooking the water. First floor bedroom and additional sleeping on the porch. Loft with a Queen and Twin bed. Nice spot with sun and shade and great views of the open lake from dock. Small sandy entry area for swimming. Nice picnic area near the water. Internet and cable. Pet allowed with $125 PET FEE. 16 foot Old Town Canoe available-bring your own life jackets. See map below for location.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Rocky frontage at dock with a small sandy entry off to one side. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes, but not overnight. Mooring: Yes, white w/blue stripe. Mooring nearest to the dock.
Bedrooms: Two plus. 1st floor: 1 bedroom w/double. Sleeping area w/daybed (single). Pull out on glassed in porch. 2nd floor: 1 w/queen and 1 twin. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
