This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath villa boast the most incredible waterfront views and outdoor entertainment spaces. The amenities of this home are breath taking and convenient. Sanibel island and Fort Myers beach is a straight shot from this villa. The location can’t be beat. Each room has memory foam mattresses, smart TVs with top-of-the-line bedding for your comfort.

The location of the Villa is incredible! We are located a few doors down from the Cape Coral Horton Park Boat Ramp and very close to all the restaurants and bars.
The Villa is a 15 minute drive to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
There are 3 bedrooms as follows:
Master Bedroom- 1 King Bed
Guest Room 1 - 1 Queen bed
Guest Room 2- 1 Queen bed
We also have 2 fold out twin beds with all bedding and pillows for your convenience.
Each room is equipped with memory foam mattresses and smart TVs.
The boat lift is not available for use but you can tie your boat up to the dock securely.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
