Welcome to your perfect getaway! This centrally located, new construction home has all you could possibly want on your next vacation. A heated pool and spa, BBQ area, deck with tiki hut, kayaks, office space, outdoor wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Let's not forget waterfront, canal access! Walking distance to a public park and short drive to groceries stores, restaurants and Downtown Ft Myers!

This spacious new construction home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
It offers 4 bedrooms, including an office space equipped with a day bed along with 3 bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. A newly built deck with a tiki hut is available as well as a floating dock with kayaks and a pedal boat!

- 4th Bedroom / Office: Offers a day bed (two twin beds) and work desk and chair.
- The Living Room: Offers a large sectional sofa and accent chair.
- The Dining Room: Table offers seating for 6 people
- The Kitchen: Offers all essential cookware, coffee maker and bar seating for four.
- Primary Bathroom: Offers large shower and soaking tub.

It was our second stay at the villa and everything was great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and heating the pool was easy and quick. The dock that was added and the available kayaks are a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

The villa was just as described, very modern and spacious. The pool area with the spa and splash pad is great, in particular with a small child. The pool heating worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The small park with a playground nearby was perfect for our family. We couldn't find a kettle and suggest to add one. Other than that the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was really easy to contact in case of any questions. Overall, we had a really great and relaxing stay at the villa.

Review with minor inconveniences

Bbq location couldnt be changed or moved according to the rules but the bbq was in a specific spot where at night there was no light and at day the sun was blaring hot making it uncomfortable to cook in. Also the bbq wasent in the best state as the top was unscrewed and loose
