Welcome to this charming 4BR, 2BA home that offers a unique and artistic decor. As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open concept living area and kitchen with new appliances and hardwood floors.

The living room features large windows with shutters for privacy, a comfy sectional couch, and a large SmartTV. A second living room has more large windows and a beautiful large piece of art that ties together perfectly with the furniture. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances a large island and a view from the sink of the Otego Creek.

The four bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation and creativity, with each room showcasing its own distinctive style. There are 3 room with Queen beds and the 4th has a pair of twins. There is a full bath with a shower on each floor. The 1st-floor bath is off the kitchen and has a laundry room inside. The 2nd-floor bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower located off the main center hallway.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay! This was by far the cleanest of the three VRBOs we stayed in during our New York trip. The house was spotless, well cared for, and had a lot of thoughtful touches—including some welcome treats and fun games for the kids.The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and felt very safe—perfect for families.We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone coming for a Cooperstown baseball tournament or just visiting the area!

Great house!!

Host was very accommodating and the house was quirky and cute. We had 3 couples and one kid and everyone fit comfortably. Lots of sitting areas, spacious kitchen, and a huge yard. There are bleacher cushions and a wagon for baseball families visiting for Cooperstown, and I’m leaving a cooler backpack (which comes in clutch with the hills, cheers baseball parents!).

Minor snags but host made it right promptly

Had a couple problems when we arrived but the host responded right when we needed her. The back yard views are unbeatable. Saw 3 shooting stars within 20 minutes and the fall foliage was spectacular to say the least. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. She made us feel at home and took care of the minor problems immediately. I would highly recommend staying here unless it's next year during the fall because we're definitely coming back.

House was musty and cold.

The house is a little home with a barn behind it. The house was very musty when we arrived. There was also a wet dog smell throughout the house. We bought disinfectant spray and candles. We also had two days of cold and the house was unheated+ (the electric furnace did not work). The owner brought over a heater that also did not work well. Sadly, this was a less than satisfactory experience.
