Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over the couch because I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it because of how dirty it was. The apartment was cold at night and the small space heater didn't warm up the living room. The kitchen and bathroom were nice. Adding some decor to the walls and the design in general in the living room and bedroom would make the place feel more inviting and comfortable.
