The Space:
Newly renovated for 2024! Renovations include: new kitchen, new flooring, new smart TVs and an updated midlevel bathroom. Nestled in the heart of the expansive Corolla Light resort, this beach home promises a vacation experience curated for your whole family.

As you step inside, the spacious and meticulously designed interior welcomes you with open arms. The living area is a vibrant and inviting space, flooded with the warm glow of Carolina sunshine streaming through large windows. The open concept gives visibility into the kitchen, which will be completely remodeled with new appliances, counters, and cabinets for the 2024 rental season.

You will be spoiled in either of the queen ensuite bathrooms, which are modern & updated. Two additional bedrooms provide cozy quarters for the younger members of the family or friends. Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
