The Alisa - stunning MCM foothills family retreat!
Built in 1966, this is a mid-century modern aficionados dream! Many thoughtful updates throughout this home - making it equal parts lavish and oh-so stylish! This serene property is nestled in the heart of the Catalina foothills, minutes from premium shopping, hiking and dining. Fully outfit as a home-away-from-home rental, you may find yourself not wanting to leave the house!
A fully fenced, private back yard with heated pool (optional with fee), spa, huge patio and basketball court!
Vacation in style! This home is comfortable for up to ten adults and potentially up to 12 adults/kids; please keep reading for a full breakdown on sleeping arrangements. Also perfect for kiddos, we provide a pack-n-play, high chair, kids games, a playground climber and the patio doors are self-closing and code locked to ensure adult supervision (at all times, please) outside. The pool is not fenced however, so adult supervision is mandatory.
The primary suite is furnished with a king bed and a queen bed! It also boasts a generous walk-in closet and retro-fabulous en-suite bathroom. There is a smart-TV opposite the King.
There are two additional bedrooms off the main hall which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The front bedroom has two twin beds, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet.
Finally, a fourth bedroom with en-suite bath houses two double beds. There is a smart TV in this room.
