Beautifully updated home in the PGA West Signature community. Less than a mile from the world famous PGA West Stadium Course and a 10-minute drive to the Coachella Fairgrounds. Enjoy our single story 3 bed/3.5 bath home with a private pool & hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard, corn hole, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful mountain views. This newly built single-story home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms + 2.5 baths are in the main house, and 1 bedroom + 1 bath is in the casita. Both the master bedroom in the main house and the casita feature sliding glass door entries that connect to the pool and backyard area.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, a dining room table that seats 6, and a living room with ample seating with an L shaped couch with a full size pull out bed, 2 leather chairs and 2 soft chairs. We also have a shuffleboard, and a 65" Samsung Frame TV to relax and enjoy your favorite shows.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Can sleep 8-10 adults

Primary Suite: (sleeps 2 adults) King size bed, 42" TV, en-suite bathroom, floating closets, dual sinks, walk in shower, direct access to the pool via sliding glass door.

Bedroom 2: (sleeps 2-4 adults) 2 Twin size beds & 1 Queen size air mattress located in the closet if needed, 32" TV, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Bedroom 3/ Casita: (sleeps 2 adults) King size bed, 32" TV, dresser, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, direct access to the pool via sliding glass door.

Additional sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 2 adults) 1 full size pull-out couch in the living room.

PARKING:
There are two parking spaces available in the driveway. The garage is not accessible. Street parking where allowed; please be mindful of signage. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

POOL/HOT TUB:
In an effort to be energy efficient please let us know if you would like the pool to be heated (82 F) and to please give us 48-hours notice. There is an additional charge of $95 per day to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to heat the hot tub (102 F).

Please note that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time, but we can offer a schedule if you wish to have both heated. The typically requested schedule for heating the pool and spa is to have the pool heated from 8 AM - 4 PM, then the spa heated from 4 PM - 10 PM.

KITCHEN:
Well-appointed chef’s kitchen – which features brand new stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas stove, large center island with 4 comfortable swivel stools and more – and is open to the dining and living room areas - where your whole group can spread out and relax together.

LIVING ROOM:
Simple luxury – yet casual and comfortable. Oversize lounge style couch, leather lounge chairs - plenty of seating - and a large 65” Samsung Frame TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. Large dining room table that seats 6.

Guest access
Guests will have the home to themselves. The backyard is private and fenced with a pool, hot tub, and putting green. There are neighbors visible from the backyard and we ask that you be respectful and mindful of noise at all hours of the day.

There is a clubhouse in the community open to all guests and residents that has a public pool, gym, BBQ's and outdoor seating.
Other things to note
Please note that there is a $95/day pool heat fee. There is no fee to heat the hot tub.

Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly.
