We enjoyed our time at the house so much (28 days). The bedrooms and beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and had every amenity you could ever need or use. The communication with Andrew was over the top! Our family states this was the best vacation they have had. The downstairs was absolutely perfect for kids and parents wanting to hang out too and play games. I highly recommend this house! Being so close to the beach was an extra extra plus!! Andrew we appreciated you so much and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We love Destin and all the fun activities to do.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect with an ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and game room.The only negative was the pool size. Having access to the community pool was helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our mother/son spring break here. The 7 boys had the entire first floor to be all together and us moms had the rest lol. It was clean and Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had. The grill didn’t work for us but we used the broiler which was perfect. Close to the beach and the private gated community was just awesome.

I think someone may have opened the tank valve too quickly, a common issue on propane grills, which causes the gas to stop flowing... happy you found a workaround. The home is in a great location with direct access to the beach. It was also very clean and offered spacious and comfortable rooms. The kids enjoyed the bunk/rec rooms and outdoor pool.Communication with Ryan and Andrew was excellent with questions answered quickly. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very good, except for the heat on the second floor. For some reason it stayed hot on the second floor. Just make sure you can do stairs, cause the kitchen is on the top floor. Love the fact the home is rgt across the street from the beach.

My family of 11 had a wonderful time in this spacious, lovely house in a gated community very close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable, and the extra amenities (game room, private pool, wagon for taking chairs, etc. to the beach) were much appreciated.
