This amazing home is located on a prime double lot in The Retreat at Champions Gate. This community is a great development with close proximity to Disney and all major attractions. This home is perfect for family and friends wanting to vacation together. This purpose built home has VACATION FUN in mind and ensures this floor plan utilizes every square foot to its maximum potential.

This fabulous 8 bedroom home has 5 king bedrooms; two king-size masters on the ground floor, one to the front of the home and one at the rear, both with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs are 3 more king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 double twin rooms, and 3 bathrooms. The living area is open plan and spacious, with a formal dining area, large seating area with a 65' TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter surfaces which include a breakfast bar for casual dining, all overlooking the outdoor living area which can be accessed from the patio doors. At the front of the home is a kids spot, the perfect space for the younger children to enjoy hours of fun with an air-hockey table, ping pong, foosball, TV and games console & games.

Upstairs is a loft area which provides a second seating space with a 65' TV perfect for enjoying sports events. The loft is surrounded by six bedrooms, three king-size, two with two twin size beds and the sixth having two queen size beds. There is a media room with a large wall mounted screen, pool table and card table providing a great space for both adults and families to enjoy.
Many card and board games are provided for your use.
Outside the extended pool deck provides a large covered dining area, the perfect space for those al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The upgraded heated pool and spa is surrounded by lounging space for those wanting to top up their tan, and privacy screening as been added to the pool area.

In planning the decor and furnishings, these owners have catered to the needs of vacationers and every care has been taken to ensure you have an amazing vacation.

Babies are also taken into consideration...the owner provides a pack and play playpen, a booster seat and a high chair for your use.

We had an fantastic stay at this family vacation rental in Orlando! The amenities were top-notch, including a spacious pool, game room, and fully equipped kitchen, which kept everyone entertained and comfortable. Its prime location made it easy to visit nearby theme parks and attractions, saving us lots of travel time. Best equipped house ever. Very clean and organized. Room for all 16. Some mattresses upstairs were uncomfortable and could use more blankets. Renting a grill was not a good option. This was a great house to rent. Kids were able to have the upstairs to themselves while the adults enjoyed the main level. The home was very clean! The pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub worked great! We had an issue with the dryer but the host and property management company were quick to respond. We would rent this house again!

The home was magnificent. It easily housed our family of 13 and had room to spare. This was the best stocked home we have been to. We were able to fit all 13 of us at the table. The pool hot tub and grill got used daily. The home was very spacious with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Had a game room on each floor. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Spacious Home/Responsive Host

Plan to have some patience for the check-in process at the neighborhood security gate! But, once you get through that, the property is wonderful, spacious, and well-equipped. We stayed with family ranging from 5-81 years old, and everyone enjoyed it. The homes in the neighborhood are very close together, so the double lot is ideal in order to not feel like the neighbors are right on top of you. Finally, Joanne was the most responsive host I have ever worked with. She was so helpful and speedy in her communication. Overall, it was a great choice for our family!

Holiday in Orlando

Our family group of 11 spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this home. We used it to accommodate our west coast and east coast families. It worked very well. First I need to say we didn’t need to call the rental company for anything. Our first rental ever that all the light fixtures worked. No light bulbs needed. 👍. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of room for all to stretch out and play in. The foyer accommodates all the large shoes that came off after entering the home. No tripping over shoes for lack of space. The kitchen lacked nothing. It even had a crock pot! Hats off to the housekeeper, it was organized and clean. If you are going to the parks know Disney is the closest to this home. We even had a huge firework display outside our front door on New Year’s Eve. The owner listened and accommodated. We thank her for creating a great space. Definitely consider this home for your next rental.

Wonderful Location and Stay

A groups of my adult friends and I stayed for 9 days. We have stayed at other locations previously. This was an amazing location. The kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t need to bring anything (and I did so for future reference—don’t need a thing!!). The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. There were plenty of towels, this has been an issue in the past with other locations. We had a small issue with a couch and the maintenance company sent out someone quickly. He was very friendly and professional. The issue was fixed quickly. We were all impressed with all the space! The extra space on the second floor with the couches was an wonderful bonus! The best part was when we got there there is second fridge in the garage/game area! We brought a lot of food and drinks (as would be expected with 16 people) and it was a wonderful surprise. The owner is very friendly and was helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub hot! LOL!! She answered any messaged I sent very quickly. We all had a wonderful time and we are going to be booking again for next year, as this is an annual thing for my group. RECOMMEND!! 10 OUT OF 10!!!!

Too short a stay

My daughter's and their families came with us for a nice long weekend. The house is beautiful and spacious. I've stayed at many different homes in our travels. This one was exceptional. First of all the check-in process was simple with no hitches.. The kitchen was very well stocked with almost anything we needed. I did buy a large skillet but really didn't need it. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and separate towels for the pool. The pool was just perfect. The bedrooms weren't cramped. The place was very clean except around the pool there was some animal poo. Joanne the property owner was very responsive. The only problem was the toilet in the master bedroom downstairs was a very slow flusher if you weren't careful with the toilet paper. If you have to use number 2 please use the other bathroom on the first floor. I know TMI. But it is true. And I believe i will be charged a 40 dollar fee since I had the maintenance man come to unclog it. But overall it was one of the best mini-vacations I've ever had.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a space to visit to escape the Canadian winters, and this lovely community caught our eye. We wanted a large property to enjoy with family and friends. The resort amenities, The OASIS, are amazing, with lagoon pools, water slide, spray park, lazy river ride, fitness, clubhouses, restaurants and much more.

What makes this property unique

This is a new redecorated home in a great location. Have a crazy couple of days at the parks, and then relax and unwind in your own space, playing family games, golfing, using the pool or soaking in the hot tub! Privacy screening has been be added to the pool for more enjoyment. The HUGE side yard offers lots of running and play space. A safe has been installed in the master closet. the Oasis gives another area for fun and frolic!
