Have you seen the backyard?? Once inside you will be swept away into your own world for optimal relaxation. Sit by the pool and listen to the waterfall trickle while drinking your morning coffee. Enjoy starfruit, bananas, and plantains right off the tree. Grill your fresh catch on the built in grill. Tired of the sun? There are reclining sofas in the living room and the kitchen is centrally located so the chef is never far from the action. You will be conveniently located to the ICW, beach, park, Publix, multiple waterside restaurants, Atlantic Ave, I-95, the tai-rail station, and 2 international airports. This is the perfect location for enjoying South Florida.

This is an open concept home with split bedrooms. there is an ensuite bedroom on the left side of the house with a private door to the pool area through the laundry room. On the right side of the house there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The home is all hardwood and ceramic tile.

Outside there is a front screened in porch and in back you will find a lush landscape with several fruit trees, a bar with grill and a fridge, dining table shaded by a pergola, sectional sofa for hanging out, and a beautiful pool with waterfalls and a lounging area.

Of all the houses we have ever stayed at, this one had the BEST pool!! There was no extra charge for heat and it was already the perfect temperature when we arrived! The pool loungers had extra thick cushions and were so comfy that we enjoyed the pool all day, every day!! Loved that there were plenty of beach towels and pool floats- the built in ones were great too!! As for the rest of the house- it had everything!! If you cook, the kitchen has everything you need- even a full array of spices! If you forgot sunscreen, it’s there!! If you have kids, there are beach toys!! A perfect vacation is waiting for you!!

Great Stay just blocks from the beach

The host was amazing. She had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The house was perfect for my family especially big TV to watch Thanksgiving bowl games and an updated kitchen. Spent time enjoying the pool and hanging out on the back patio.

Tropical oasis is the proper name.

The diamond of this property is the POOL. Can't say enough about the pool. It's lush fully matured landscapingis added to the magnificient pool that is well thought out. You lounge in the water , yet in the sun , gazing at the waterfalls while the song birds serenade you into a Zen mode. The house is a smart home with newer technology and modern stylish furnishings. Charity was extremely helpful with alot of questions we had . Very quick and readily available.

Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Der Pool und der Garten waren ein kleines Paradies.
