This place is so cute and comfortable. It is in a great location for University of Arkansas visits. Our kids loved the play area in the garage. We hope to come back to Michael’s place.

Close to Everything in Fayetteville

We planned a trip to Fayetteville to catch some University of Arkansas baseball over spring break. We had a great time. The location of the property was perfect. We were close to the university, parks, the mall, and great restaurants. Our check-in was super easy and Michael regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed during our trip.

Mom’s Weekend Fun

A friend and I came up to visit our daughters for Mom’s weekend at their sorority. We had the BEST time! Location is close to campus which made Uber trips quick & easy. Plenty of space, very clean, and the coffee bar was amazing! Such a great weekend making memories with our girls! We would love to stay here again for upcoming visits.

Great House!

This house has a great layout with nice amenities. The HOA was too restrictive for our family. Kitchen was well stock, but missing a few essential cooking utensils. Overall we loved the house.

Perfect

It had everything we needed and more. We had to be rescued from a floating disaster and were greatful to come back to such a great space. However, it rained terribly that evening and water came in from the rain from the back door. We had to use a mop and towels. I didn't have a chance to let them know bc our phones were still floating the river. The hot tub was a much needed bonus.
