La piscina es de gran tamaño, ubicada en el lado de la playa y climatizada en los meses de invierno. La propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento en garaje y parrillas para barbacoa. Este condominio está bellamente decorado y muy bien abastecido. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y está FRENTE AL MAR con una entrada al balcón frente a la playa. Un televisor LED de 40 "y reproductor de DVD en el dormitorio principal para su entretenimiento y un reproductor de radio / CD Bose. La sala de estar frente a la playa tiene un sofá nuevo, muchos asientos cómodos y un televisor de pantalla plana de 47" y DVD Blu-Ray jugador. My family and I love these condos because they’re always clean and comfortable, plus right on the beach! We’ve stayed in various Summerlin condos and have never been disappointed. This is where we go when we just want to relax and recharge. The view is beautiful, there are several good places to eat that are close by, and being able to book several months in advance and making payments is the absolute best part! I know we will be coming back for many more years to come because our stay is always wonderful!! Thanks, Brooks & Shorey!!

Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.

Summerlin 502 This property met our expectations based on the description with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. All the appliances in the condo work well, making our week stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the master bedroom bed not being clean. There were stains and hairs on the supposable clean bed sheets. This was reported to the management company and the next morning both beds' linen were changed plus I was partially refunded the cleaning fee. So, in other words, stuff happens and the management company addressed the issue and took full responsibility. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our time here, we had our daughter and her 2 young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even received a text after we checked out that housekeeping had found a shopping bag (about 300$) with souvenirs that we had just purchased and carelessly left behind. They had it waiting for us in our next rental ( we changed units when the kids left).
