Enjoy a resort experience in the heart of Central Florida without all of the additional resort fees! We invite you to relax on the private balcony with a view of the golf course and the lovely pond. Or enjoy included amenities such as the pool, gym, and playground. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a sofa bed is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. There are no additional parking fees, restaurants and markets are less than a mile away and theme parks are just a short drive on the highway.

Championsgate/Davenport is a part of what is known as the Greater Orlando Area. We are minutes from shopping, markets, and major highways. We are about 45 minutes from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa. We are close to Disney theme parks and just a little further from Universal Studios. We are centrally located in Florida so we are close to the Natural Springs Florida is known for and about a 1.5 hours to the beaches on either the east or west coast.
