Our Studio is a special haven, tucked away 50 yards back from the street, offering a secluded and quiet retreat. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the full-sized high-end kitchen appliances to the furniture, bedding, cookware, towels, and hardwood floors. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The 12` thick Queen memory foam bed ensures your comfort, and the coffee table in the living area is versatile, lifting up to form a cozy eating space for two or a convenient workspace.

You will have exclusive access to the entire private Duplex Studio, including the living/dining area, sleeping area, full kitchen with full-sized stainless appliances.

Please note that the laundry room is shared with the studio next door. This unit is part of a duplex with two attached Cottage Studios.


RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.


EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.
HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please bring your conversations indoors by 10pm.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 2 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed at this property.

Failure to observe any of the House Rules above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
