. Enjoy a spacious backyard with serene canal views, ensuring complete privacy. Conveniently located near great shopping, popular restaurants, and just a short drive from the beach, your perfect escape awaits!

The property is newly built in 2023 with all new utilities, appliances and furnishings. The house is immaculately kept . Bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with Samsung wall mounted televisions. There is a 75” television in the living room.

The yard is well manicured and kept .there is access to Cape Coral network of canals from the backyard.

Come and enjoy your stay with us we offer a level of hospitality that’s unprecedented dated back over 50 years of experience in the industry.

Guest has privacy and full use of the entire house . No one resides on the property.

While it’s our desire to allow you complete privacy during your stay please free to reach out to us anytime during your stay if you ever need anything .

Access is provided to the property by an electronic locking system. A unique code is provided to each guest prior to check in .

Tranquility

This home lives up to its name (Tranquility). This brand new home sets on a fresh water canal. The lanai on the south side of the house overlooks the canal for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee. There are flat screens with internet in each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and dining.
