Safe & Conveniently Located Private Home with Office

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This home features a beautiful view of the Mojave River Valley while still maintaining easy access to city amenities. This home has a no smoking policy inside or within the property. There are 2 completely independent homes on this property. We live in one of them and are offering the other to you! Your one car garage and our two car garage separate the two homes, so there are no shared walls. 2 bed, 2 bath +Office w/ sofa bed. You have private access to the entire guest home, single car garage, privacy fenced backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating, and parking access located on the concrete pad by the olive tree.

-Food/Grocery Delivery Services easily accessible to guests. (InstaCart/DoorDash/Uber Eats etc.)
-Local Mojave Narrows Regional Park has amazing walking/hiking/biking trails both paved and unpaved that travel past the public fishing ponds, frisbee golf course, livestock, and kid's parks.
-If golfing is your thing, there are 3 beautiful golf courses all within just a couple miles to enjoy. (Bear Valley Country Club, Ashwood, and Apple Valley Golf Course)

I am a local high school teacher and my husband, Carter, is a Mechanical Engineer for a local aerospace engineering company. We love to travel and have had wonderful experiences with long, short and mid-term rentals. With that experience, we want to extend our hospitality to those looking for a safe and well maintained property that we take pride in.

This neighborhood is a perfect mix of spacious lots and beautiful houses perched on the slop of a hill that gives you a breathtaking view of the whole valley with the San Gabriel mountains in the background along with being centrally located for easy access to stores, restaurants, and attractions.
