Brand new lake house, tucked away in a quiet cove with views to the main channel

Our lakefront vacation home on the 59 ½ Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, a short 2.5 hour drive from Kansas City. This home is perfect for hosting your family and friends at the lake any time of the year. We are located inside a quiet cove away from the heavy boat traffic and large swells of the main lake. The main channel is safe for a weekend jet ski joy ride at any time of the day and the neighboring Rainey Creek is a 2+ mile cove that is great for tubing or waterskiing. The area comes alive during the weekends but gives you the peaceful lake experience on the weekdays depending on what you are looking for. The home has strong fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and a desk workspace which makes it easy to work from the lake when needed. You will enjoy beautiful views from the top deck overlooking the cove and main channel along with a new private concrete dock with a boat slip, swim platform, and jetski lift, an outdoor firepit area, an indoor bar, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. There are multiple bars and restaurants nearby along with a marina for boat gas and drink/ice refills. The area is known to have excellent fishing nearby for bass, crappie, catfish, and spoonbill. The Living Spaces:
This is a stylish two-story waterfront home with new beds, furniture, and appliances. On the upstairs floor there is a kitchen with all necessary amenities, a large dining room table, along with a full bar and mini fridge perfect for entertaining. Downstairs there is a 60” TV with multiple couches, a shuffleboard table, and an open carpeted play area for kids or an air mattress. There is a full bathroom on each floor and another half bathroom upstairs. The rental includes access to our washer and dryer along with towels and linens. We have a concrete driveway that includes parking for 4 vehicles along with a couple street level parking spots.

The Dock:
We have a new concrete dock with a large swimming platform and wet step ladder for safe water access. We will have an open boat slip available for any bookings after April. There is also a drive-up jet ski lift available for renters use.

Nearby:
There are multiple bars and restaurants that are accessible by both land and water. Moonies Bar & Grill is located in our cove and is an easy swim away. The Wet Spot is also nearby, located directly across the main channel. By vehicle, you should check out the Come on In Café for a great breakfast or The Red Fox or Oh Tommy’s for dinner. Patriot Marina is located directly across the main channel for boat gas, repairs, and groceries. They also have yard games and live music most weekend nights. By vehicle you can pick up gas at 7 Express in Climax Springs or grab groceries at the Z7 Outpost or Dollar General. You can drop your boat in/out at Moonies for $10.

Rules:
-The neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are strictly enforced.
-No pets allowed.
-There is a 3-day minimum stay during peak season.
