Modern and fully renovated home (3 bedrooms/2 baths) with washer and dryer, game room, two patios with furniture and outdoor lighting, ample backyard, swing set and coffee bar - Great, peaceful & safe neighborhood& bus stop (RTS) close by. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.

This place offers guests a stylish, yet cozy experience while enjoying quality time with your family or group of guests. Make dinner in the open kitchen with an island with the tastefully designed dining room nearby. Your group can have fun in the backyard in a fully fenced-in back yard, watch a movie in the living room, or get some work done at the workspace.

Parking is easy and ample. This property has two driveways and street parking is also available in front of the home if needed.
Other Things to Note:
- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Tuesday mornings. If the big black garbage bin and recycling bins are full (they should be located outside of the house to the left or maybe behind the fence, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Monday evening so they can be emptied early Tuesday morning.
