RELAX PLACE 5 minutes from Down Town & the airport, 10 minutes from the Beach,

We have a hot tub under a gazebo, a gazebo to relax and sit down in the backyard. beautiful yard, TV in all rooms, and one in the TV room, quiet place, full kitchen, laundry and dryer, dish wash machine
We have cameras outside the house and also in the TV room and Living room
We don't have any cameras in bathrooms or bedrooms.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Cozy but with flaws

Stay was comfortable nice rooms and one nice bathroom, other bathroom was kinda outdated. Living area and kitchen is also nice. Our only problem was that there were cameras all over the property even inside the house and inside the bathrooms but I guess for the price that’s what it comes with.

Hi, my name is Rudy Mueller, I am an American from NYC but I have lived for many years in Fort Lauderdale. Right now I have a girlfriend in Cartagena and I travel over there ans North Carolina and Texas.

Why they chose this property

I was in the Army, and this neighborhood was before an army base; I got the house I reformed, and most people there are very good people, including the fire department, police, doctors, and army personnel.
Also, it is safe, there is no crime, and everything is very close.

What makes this property unique

I guess because I have a hot tub, that's good for the wintertime. Inside, we have everything new and no problems, including four big-screen TVs, a phone for the US only in case we need it, two gazebos to relax, tables outside, lots of green, no noise at all, and hurricane windows and doors.
