The sunny kitchen has a full-size refrigerator along with new electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and a coffee maker. A full bathroom with a stacked washer/dryer completes the first level.

There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, along with an open loft/common area.
This loft at the top of the main stairs offers a day bed with trundle, TV, wii game console, games and toys, and cozy spot for reading.
