The living room has an amazing oceanfront view. Whether you have a movie night or just want to relax and read a book, it's a perfect space to relax.

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ocean view and a flatscreen TV. This room has its own private access to the balcony! The master bath has a double vanity and a shower and tub combination. Live your vacation dream while you relax in our living room and enjoy the views of the famous emerald Gulf waters. Enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from the balcony of this 4th floor beauty! The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and shares the second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination with the bunk room. The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds, a TV and a barndoor for privacy. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed.

You will also find a FULL-sized washer/ dryer in the unit for your convenience. This property includes all bed/ bath linens, so just bring your beach towels and get ready for some sun and vitamin sea!

Aqua Resort just opened their new coffee bar and gift shop. They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more! There is also a poolside eating area.

You have access to all of this as well as the incredible pools, hot tub, and fitness center.

Parking: 2-parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $50 plus tax per vehicle, per stay. Guests receive registration link 3 days to arrival.

-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
