The dining table has seating for 8, the kitchen island has 4 more spots and the additional 4 seats at the counter allow your entire group to enjoy your time to refuel to get ready for another incredible day in the sun. When it's time to turn in for the night, 5 of the bedrooms boast a king bed (including 1 on the main floor), while the 2 remaining rooms have bunk beds (1 with a pull-out trundle) for the extra bed space and areas to hang out and relax.

Outside, you'll find the stunning heated pool perfect for enjoying a refreshing dip in the warm Florida sun. Alongside the pool is a table to gather or a couple of lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Included in the storage closet are more low-seating poolside chairs that can be used to dip your feet in the pool while enjoying your time with the gang. Emerald Escape faces east, so, you will get the most amount of sun hanging out at the pool while the sun sets in the West.

The 6-person golf cart (please be safe and buckle up) that is included with your rental will get you to the beach in just a short ride of 2-3 minutes estimated at a responsible speed, of course. If you are a walker, the beach is a short 10-minute walk.

Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, the pool was very nice, each bedroom had its own bathroom with white towels. We had access to the golf cart and games. Everything we thought we needed was there. I can’t wait to do it again!!!

Family Vacay

This property was perfect for our family with adult children, grandbaby and dog! Each person had their own room with a bathroom, the pool was perfect after a long day at the beach and the golf cart was wonderful to get around in. This is a gated community with security driving around constantly. The beach gear, coolers, pool towels, and pool toys were a bonus to not have to pack. I would absolutely stay here again, the location was perfect and the price was great!

We stayed here with our big family—my husband and I, our seven kids, and both sets of grandparents—and the house was truly a great fit for us! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which made a huge difference with such a large group.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, and pans—everything we needed to cook meals for the whole crew. The home was clean, comfortable, and had lots of thoughtful extras, like beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach trips super convenient.While the house isn’t super close to the beach, the golf cart made it totally manageable—and honestly, driving the golf cart around was one of the highlights! It made getting to and from the beach fun and easy.We did have a few safety concerns, especially with little ones around. The pool in the backyard was beautiful, but we wish there were more child safety measures like a gate or alarm. The lower lock on the front door was broken (though the deadbolt worked), and upper latches on the balcony doors in the kids’ rooms on the second and third floors would have added extra peace of mind.That said, we had a wonderful stay overall. The house fit our multi-generational family so well, and we made some great memories here. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Service after the sale… meh

The reason for the 4 star and I’m being nice by giving it that bc I’m extremely irritated at the host. They were impossible to get on the phone or to respond to messages. Due to the expense of the nightly fee and the outrageous host fee I expect to be able to get in touch with someone. Here was the main issue… The power did not work outside and no power in the bathroom that was near the pool. No lights whatsoever. So kids didn’t get to enjoy the pool once it got dark bc we couldn’t see. No lights in the bathroom made it extremely difficult and we had to use our phone lights. No big deal if they would have fixed it. When we finally got them on the phone the lady asked us to check the garage for the panel box to reset the breaker. Well there isn’t a garage, so they clearly don’t know their properties. My husband informed her that he is very capable of figuring it out if they would tell use where the breaker panel was located. They said they would send someone around to fix it instead. No one ever showed up and we kept calling to no avail. That’s completely unacceptable and I honestly feel like we deserve our host fee back. I know that will never happen, but if I were the owners of this property I would be irritated that I’m paying someone to deal with my property who doesn’t answer my customers. I would never rent from these property managers again. I don’t want to give the house a bad review bc it’s beautiful. I wish I could give properties managers a separate review.
