Welcome to your vacation rental located a block away from the shimmering shores of Lake Tahoe. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is situated in Incline Village with walking distance to the Hyatt Regency Resort Casino and Spa, Tahoe beaches and and array of nearby restaurants. Enjoy this corner lot surrounded by tall pines and indigenous plants in the private sitting areas on a comfortable front deck, perfect for BBQs. What ever the season, recreation and activities abounds as this perfect location puts you minutes away from Diamond Peak ski area and the base of world class mt. bike trails, along with kayaking, sailing, boating, hiking, road biking, paved lakeshore walking path, tennis, recreation center with indoor pool . This property offers seclusion in a long established neighborhood. Whatever the season, after a day of activity relax in a soothing setting next to the fireplace, playing an assortments of board games and unwinding from your full paced lifestyle. The full amenity kitchen offers convenience for your home cooked meals. If you still have energy to play you can walk to the Hyatt casino/spa or take a short drive to many of the nightlife venues nearby. Your family can then settle in restful sleep in the master bedroom downstairs or the full sized bedroom upstairs near the children’s room with 4 twin beds ( the kids love this cozy space) . This modest cabin sleeps maximum of 7 comfortably and you will find the LAKE LEVEL location to be one of its finest features! Local 42 year resident on site property manager is available for any needs and gives you all the privacy you want. Please note we do not have AIR CONDITIONING ( only fans) . Please take this into account when booking.

Words cannot begin to describe how IDEAL the location of this property is! It's like coming home to grandma's house, cozy and quaint, whilst being surrounded by literal billionaire's mansions everywhere you turn. Literally one block off the lake, and minutes from all the best activities, it doesn't get any better than this. Sheri, the property's host, was an absolute delight. She made everything about our stay a breeze from beginning to end (even continuing to help answer questions and give suggestions after I'd moved on from Incline Village)! Don't expect modern furnishings or updates in the home - rather, come ready to step back in time, slow down a bit, and appreciate North Lake Tahoe for all the right reasons. 10/10 would recommend booking the Cozy Mill Creek Home today!

Great place. Second time here and we will sure be back. Close to the Sand Harbor and Incline Beaches. House has all you need. Second floor can get hot in summer.

We were so fortunate to find this charming home at the last minute when our original plans fell through—it felt like serendipity! Not only was the house just a block from the weekend event we were attending, but it also exceeded all expectations.The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. It’s tucked away on a peaceful street, yet just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants.Sheri, the manager, was absolutely wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She generously was able to arrange for us to check in a couple hours early so we could recharge after traveling before our evening plans. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for a truly welcoming stay.We can’t recommend this lovely home enough and would gladly return!

Great time

We had a great time staying at the cozy mill creek home. We are new to the area and needed a place to stay for a week, and the home had everything we needed and more. It was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful area.

Cozy and well equipped home near everything

We absolutely love staying at this cozy three-bedroom, two-bath home! The spacious living room with a large couch is perfect for everyone to relax together, and the two dining tables make it easy to enjoy meals and play games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including pantry essentials and some spices. The washer and dryer add extra convenience, and the mudroom is a great feature after a day of skiing or snowboarding.The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Diamond Peak, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. This has been our go-to spot for the past three years, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wonderful Stay at Mill Creek Home

Our family had an amazing vacation at Mill Creek Home. The place is beautiful and location is unbeatable, but what really made a difference was the communication and support we had from the property manager. Amazing service. Will stay here again for sure.

A Perfect Stay in Incline

We had the most wonderful time in Tahoe at this cabin! It had everything we needed for just the two of us. The location is perfect and only a short walk/drive away from anything you'd want to do. Sheri, the property manager, was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but based on her great communication, I'm sure she would have helped out ASAP if necessary. I can't recommend this property enough for your next stay in North Lake Tahoe!

Amazing location in Incline

We had a great trip to Incline. It was super convenient to be able to walk to and from the beach every day (~12 minutes), especially since our baby needed 2 naps a day.

Weekend away

Cute cottage, very homey, warm and welcoming. Family oriented with lots of games, books, space to relax. Great location to explore the outdoors. Well stocked with anything you may need, and stuff you didn't know you would need. Sheri was great with communication and helpful hints for the area. This is a great place for a family getaway. Would love to reutn in the future.

Awesome location in Incline Village

This house is in a perfect location. Close to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. We came up for snowplay with our kids and found a great spot nearby to enjoy the snow. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house has everything you need for a trip. Well stocked kitchen, pantry, beach towels, linens, movies and board games. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in the snow

The location was great with some fun snow to play in the front yard. Super close to Diamond Peak for skiing. House set up was great with good sized living room and kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Everyone thought their beds were very comfy and cozy. Kitchen could use updated pans and cookware, but we made it work. We will totally stay here again!

Wonderful location

A single family home at a very competitive rate, with perfect location, cleanliness, and incredibly well stocked. My family and I stayed to enjoy a quick skiing trip, and the location ideal proximity to resort, amenities, etc. The host is incredibly communicative, and also provides fun books, games, sleds, and local recommendations to eat, visit, and snow sled. Great charming home, quiet, safe, and quick access to everything.

Perfect Family Friendly Location!

We booked this as a last minute stay and we are so happy we did! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. While the home is 'older' do not let that deter you. This cabin is full of character and so much love and it was immaculately clean!! From the moment you walk in, we felt comfortable and at home. Sheri works really hard to keep the property clean and it shows. The master bedroom bed is comfortable and we got great sleep. The location to Ski beach is more than ideal. We could just walk down and being so close to the Hyatt is wonderful for lunch or dinner. We also took evening walks and really enjoyed the safety and family friendly feel of the neighborhood. Sheri the property manager is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I greatly appreciated and admired how the cleaning products, soaps, etc were all environmentally friendly. It was a really nice touch and did not go unnoticed. We loved the 3 little scooters and wagon that were available while we were there for our beach excursions. We would definitely stay here again. The quaintness of the cabin is Lake Tahoe at it's best and the location just cannot be beat. It's a gem and one that you would be lucky to experience. Thank you again to Sheri and the homeowners for sharing a little piece of paradise with us. We will definitely be back.

Excellent home

Host was very communicative. The home is a bit dated but was a perfect spot for our family of 4 ski trip. Water pressure in the showers was incredible!! Kitchen was very well appointed. Living room space was perfect to hang out. Would stay again.

Home away from home

Our family (with 4 kids) decided last minute on a getaway to the snow. This place was perfect. It is set up for families in mind. We played board games on the table in the living room, the kids had a sleepover in the upstairs bedroom that has four twin beds (with ample room still for play), and it was a breeze to cook in a kitchen that was fully stocked with items like tinfoil and sandwich baggies so you don’t need to worry about adding it to your list at Raley’s. We’d love to come back!

A Week away from it all

The cabin is well care for, clean and very inviting. The caretaker of the property was very helpful and friendly. Great area to visit with nearby trials, and close to everything but yet felt very private. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect!

Sheri’s property was very clean and our overall stay there was just excellent! Everything in the house was as described, plenty of saucers and sleds in the mud room and large enough for a group of 7. The location is ideal. We didn’t have to drive anywhere long. Beautiful sledding hills, ski resorts, hikes and restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location

Everything about this property was great and I would rent it again in the future when the opportunity presents itself. The host was very responsive and made great recommendations on what to do in the area.
