Listado a estrenar !! Hermoso lago / refugio de montaña con muebles nuevos y camas en toda la casa.

Disfrute del entorno tranquilo y sereno mientras se relaja en la enorme terraza con vistas a los árboles. ¡Disfruta de la fogata a gas mientras bebes vino con amigos o haces s'mores con los niños por las noches!

Ubicado en el centro, entre cientos de senderos para caminatas / motos de nieve, playas del lago Tahoe y varias estaciones de esquí. Perfecto para la diversión de invierno y verano. Esta casa es ideal para familias múltiples con áreas separadas para dormir.

Hay tres niveles con cuatro habitaciones, sala de bonificación con sofá cama Queen, 3 1/2 baños, salas de juegos para niños y adultos con air hockey, shuffle board, mesa de ajedrez y juegos.

Presenta cubiertas dobles, fogón de gas al aire libre, bañera de hidromasaje, cocina completamente equipada que incluye ollas de barro para cenas fáciles, molinillo de café, cafetera, licuadora, mini procesador de alimentos, arrocera, máquina para hacer gofres de Bélgica, bandejas para hornear, etc. Barbacoa de gas y mesa de comedor al aire libre en la cubierta superior.

Hay un garaje para 2 autos (tiene capacidad para 2 autos de tamaño pequeño a mediano) más espacio para botes, caravanas y todos sus juguetes de invierno y verano. En invierno puedes deslizarte por la puerta principal!

Si tiene que trabajar o verificar la vida útil, el escritorio tiene una estación de acoplamiento con monitor, teclado e impresora, solo traiga su computadora portátil.

No se preocupe si llega tarde, hay algo de café, crema, azúcar, avena instantánea, chocolate caliente, mezcla de gofres y jarabe para comenzar.

El acceso a las playas de Incline Village está incluido en el alquiler. Las tarifas de entrada se aplican. Actualmente, las tarifas de entrada a las playas son de $ 12 por adulto y $ 5 por niño. Incline Village Rec Center también está disponible con piscina. Burnt Cedar beach cuenta con una piscina al aire libre en verano.

The patio decks were beautiful, well maintained, hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Seemed like a lot of rules when reading about it but it wasn’t bad and we felt comfortable and the house was super clean and safe. Beds comfortable. Would highly recommend for families.

This home was beyond fabulous! It was spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished. Well stocked kitchen with every spice you can think of! Top of the line all the way through. Perfect for 3 couples with bedrooms on 3 floors and each with a full bath. The decks are beautiful and comfortable and the hot tub was amazing! Highly recommend this VRBO

Bearadise was the perfect setup for our family. We loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful deck

Perfect property for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had a separate floor with bed and bath. The decks were the highlight-we loved sitting outside any time of day. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Great location, beautiful property and wonderful host. Tami is a good communicator and has thought of every single detail. OUTSTANDING

Prior to our arrival, I had questions regarding our stay. The host immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the house, inside and out, matched the photos online. The property was clean and all the amenities mentioned were available. The property is centrally located and just minutes from several beaches, hikes, dining and other activities. My family and I truly enjoyed “Bearadise” and will recommend it to all our friends headed to the Tahoe area.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Tahoe

My family and I stay in Tahoe every year, and for the second year in a row, we returned to this same cabin. We absolutely fell in love with it last year, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The cabin is perfect for families, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy together, but the master bedroom also provides the privacy and comfort needed for some relaxing time with my wife. One of our favorite features is how the master bedroom opens up to an amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tahoe. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Both inside and out, this cabin is ideal for a vacation in Tahoe, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return for future trips!

Family Time

We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. This home was perfect! The house was immaculate. There was a great amount of supplies and other amenities available that were useful for our stay. The house is in a very peaceful location and the town of Incline Village was a quick drive.

Family reunion location

This home was very clean, extremely well stocked, provided lots to do, and was very comfortable. The location was great for a family reunion because of other rental properties also available in the area as well as its location near a lot of activities.

Beautiful property. We all felt like we were at home. Very cozy, well stocked with kitchen and BBQ supplies, extremely well kept and clean. The kids had so many games to keep them occupied, that they didn’t need us to keep them entertained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Very well-appointed home

The owner/host of this house stated upfront that they use this home regularly for their own enjoyment...and you can tell. All the comforts of home are present. We've rented many houses through VRBO, but none compare to the little details put into this rental. Little things you take for granted...like extra/convenient charging ports, plushy towels, and...oddly enough...tissue boxes. Those touches show the thoughtful care put into this home. Highly recommend!!

Better than advertised

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

Bearadise is wonderful!!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Incredibly well equipped and provisioned. The kitchen shelves even have labels so you know what goes where. The china and silverware was lovely. The hostess Tami was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have worked hard to make this home fabulous. Everyone in my family raved. You cannot go wrong here.

Great Family Vacation

The house was just as it was listed and seen in pics. Everything was clean and ready for us. Host has the house very organized with clear instructions and info for guests, and anything we needed in the kitchen was there, even a crock pot which came in handy to come back from a full day outing to dinner ready. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and beautiful decks. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Great Incline Village location. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, which we enjoyed. We enjoyed Sand Harbor beach by getting up early to get there and score parking for the day. (They have a restaurant there to order lunch, and it has a full bar. ) We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, games etc that were available to use. We also appreciated nice touches like mini hotel style soaps, shampoos, conditioners etc. We also did the Tahoe Treetop adventure course near Tahoe City and really enjoyed it. Super fun outing. Tip- you can order groceries online from Raleys and just schedule for pickup on your way in to town. We did this and it was great to get settled in and have groceries ready when we got there. Hosts were attentive and communicated quickly. Very happy with our stay-Thank you! We would for sure stay here again.

My husband and I are ordinary hard working professionals. We are avid ski and snowboarders and have always dreamed of owning our own home in Tahoe. With a lot of hard work and determination we finally made our dreams come true! This is our "vacation" home and we are thrilled to share it with you.

This home is very special to us. We fell in love with the location as it perfectly accommodates the best of both winter and summer activities Tahoe has to offer. We decked it out with as many amenities as we could to make it a fun, relaxing, and convenient vacation home for both adults and kids. It is not a PARTY home. It is a FAMILY home.

Head out to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh air and the smell of pine trees. Or enjoy the serenity while sipping a glass of wine! Then unwind from your day of adventures in the beautiful hot tub on the lower deck. The home offers great separation for multi-family vacations. Shuffle board, air hockey and chess tables kick the excitement up a notch when wanting to stay in. Plenty of board games for family and friend bonding evenings.
