Tidewater is Awesome

Three siblings: along with our plus 1’s and all of our grown children rented three condos. We had another fabulous weeklong stay. The only way to sum it up….. We’ve already booked for 2026 !!!!

This is our first stay at the Tidewater but it won’t be the last. Our room was perfectly designed for our family. The location is great, it’s not a large high rise so the elevators weren’t backed up and parking was easy. Our room was clean and we loved having the corner unit. The owners had everything you could need for a perfect getaway.

Great stay

The rental was very neat and clean, instructions were clear and concise, and we enjoyed our stay. It was really nice staying right on the beach! We also loved being able to use the pools and gym while we stayed. Any issues were quick to respond so I didn't feel like we had to worry if anything went wrong. Plenty of space for our 3 teenagers and younger child along with us 2 adults. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to use during the stay. Walls are thin but we didn't have any issues with other loud guests. We would definitely stay here again!

The property overall was nice. When they say check in is at 4:00 PM, they mean to the minute and not a minute before. Our code did not work so we had to call and get another code. The code to the gym also did not work, so we had to call again to get another code. The gym is NOT what is pictured! The unit overall was just ok. The refrigerator was not cold at all. I called and reported the situation and they did send someone to look at it, but they didn’t fix it. That was kind of a bummer to spend the amount of money you do and your food not be cold. The unit was clean, but the furniture could have been cleaner. There were stains on the couches from previous guests. Also, they only provide one trash bag and one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom so make sure you have those supplies. Communication with Liquid Life was GREAT! Anytime I had a problem or question, they were quick to answer, which was appreciated. We did get w knock at the door and a guy came right on in to change the air conditioner filter, which was never communicated and I felt like that should habe been done after we checked out or a different time. The unit Is directly on the beach and the view was amazing. Overall, the stay was ok.

Great family vacations spot!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our vacation. It is great for small kids as it has a bedroom with two twin beds and a connecting bathroom. With three full baths, it could really accommodate an extended family. The walk to the beach and back to the pool makes it easy for parents. My only complaint on cleanliness is there is some old construction materials stored throughout the condo. The dryer does take a long time to dry clothes. Liquid Life makes the check in and out process very easy. Everything you need is nearby!

Definitely could’ve been cleaner. For instance, the fans were very dusty. The gate code was buried in the digital guidebook. I received the door code several times but didn’t know I needed the gate code. Couldn’t find it after hours.
