BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Very nice condo and very clean too! We lived our corner unit. Only suggestion we would make would be to have gas grills instead of charcoal grills!!

Loved our time here! They have everything you could need here (except beach towels). Lots of beach toys and chairs, full kitchen, lovely bedrooms and nice bathrooms! We would love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends!

Beautiful property with thoughtful hosts. The property was clean when we arrived. It has plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware, more than we’ve had at other places. They even had extra beach chairs and boogie boards we could use.

This condo is honestly so pretty and one of our favorites. Looks wise and set and size it’s perfect. The bathroom is gorgeous in the master. The ONLY two complaints I would have are that the master bedroom bed could really use a topper or something. I work up every night with my back killing me and I’m only 30 so it’s not old age . Haha. But seriously it’s beautiful the bed is just very uncomfortable. And secondly the cleaning staff would have cleaned a little better for sure (bathrooms)

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was incredible spacious with an amazing view outside. I do wish it could have been a bit cleaner. We could see that the bottom of our feet were dirty within a few hours of being there and that's coming from a family who removes their shoes before entering a home, so definitely could have used a quick mop. The sheets had a few stains on them and the bathrooms could have really used floor mats. Regardless, it was lovely and a blessing to have stayed here!

Great stay!
Super easy check-in/entry codes. Loved being able to go straight to the condo and not having to get keys. Very comfortable and wonderfully remodeled.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms are a bit smaller than we thought they would be, but worked just fine for 4 teenaged girls!
The front bedroom didn’t cool as well as the rest of the condo but they have ceiling fans and two floor fans available.
The only other thing that wasn’t super great was that the plates were plastic and not microwaveable. But that was pretty easy to work around.
Overall, great place with great beach access and really nice, helpful beach umbrella attendants!
