Beautiful 7th floor condo ON THE BEACH

Centrally located in Orange Beach and fully renovated in 2022. Once arriving no need to drive any more! Walk to groceries, over 10 dining options and shopping right across the street or go to your private 7th floor balcony and enjoy the view. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom non-smoking condo has all the amenities for your relaxing vacationing. Fully stocked kitchen with all newer appliances, Keureg coffee maker and a separate ice maker. Master has King size bed and slider doors going to balcony as well as large personal bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet room, shower and a soaker tub. Second master has King bed and full attached bathroom. 3rd bedroom has queen and twin bulks to sleep 4 comfortable with it's own full bathroom including large vanity to spread out your toiletries. Fantastic unobstructed Gulf views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony and the Master bed. At night, lay in your bed, and let the surf lull you to sleep. Very common to see dolphins from balcony in the morning and you can watch the boats as they are leaving the pass to go fishing. When you're ready for the beach, you can't stay any closer to the beach than The Enclave. Indoor pool for those rainy days or watch your favorite movies or ballgames on one of the 4 flat screen TVs. Brand new AC, appliances and Smart TVs. Perfect for watching movies on your Netflix or Hulu accounts. There are grills on the ground floor to grill up that delicious burger or steak. Try your hand at Pickleball on the newly resurface courts, great game for the entire family, all ages. Guaranteed one parking spot for $50.00 per stay

We loved this condo! Very clean and update. Parking was a concern when you pull in late at night and there is no place to park. The overflow parking information was not user friendly. Other than the parking we loved this condo and would consider staying again!

This condo is everything it said it was in the listing and the location was absolutely perfect being across from the Walmart being spring break, we thought we might have parking issues, but we found a spot every day and we left every day at different times not sure about other times of the year. Had great text communication with the owner when we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed being so close to shopping and the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you would need! The view was amazing! And we really liked how the outdoor closet had items you could use for the beach! Owner was easy to get a hold of and answered our questions promptly!

Another Fantastic Stay!

Tom’s condo once again exceeded expectations! This was our second year in a row booking his condo and it was fantastic. The sunrise/sunset views are unbeatable. He is always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Condo was very clean and I love how close it is to many things! We utilized the pool after sunset and when the ocean wasn’t favorable and enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to next year!

Why they chose this property

Where to start? We have a 5 hour drive to the beach and wanted somewhere we didn't have to drive once we got there. This is the place, hang up the keys and enjoy, there is a Walmart, Rouses Groceries and over 10 restaurants right across the street. However piece and quiet can be found from the private balcony with direct views of the gulf. The wide living room and Master also have amazing direct views of the Gulf. Zero entry pool a must with little ones and the indoor pool is a must on those rainy days. We really like the indoor pool with a view of the gulf and large sliders that open up to the outside pool. You can sit and watch kids in both pools at the same time. With the indoor pool slide glass open it feels more like an outdoor pool just without the sun. The pickleball courts are really fun for people of all ages. This is always a hit with our family and friends when we get together at the Enclave. Finally the beach, with only 69 units and both building on either side being lower density buildings the beach is never overly busy.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything, great view, close the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts...what else could you ask for!
