Ideal for a relaxing getaway or business stay, our home is conveniently situated near the hospital, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the local college, and the pristine beaches of St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, whether you're entertaining or enjoying a quiet night in. Separate from the living room there is also an entertainment room for you to watch your favorite movies or ballgames!



The two bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bathroom is modern, providing all the amenities you need for your stay.



Take advantage of the home's proximity to local attractions. Explore the charm of downtown Brunswick or unwind on the sandy shores of St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. Whether you're here for work or play, our vacation rental offers a central and convenient location.



Other details to note:



There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.



This home is not fully fenced in. There is a partial fence on one side.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is accessible via an electronic lock. You can check in anytime after 4pm, at your own leisure!



The Neighborhood:

This cute little established neighborhood is right in the middle of everything the Golden Isles has to offer. It's walking distance to the hospital and the college and about a 10-12 minute drive to the beaches of both St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $105 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
