Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed.

$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served in the lots across the street to the left. (where you park for Gruene Hall/The Gristmill)
