Seascape's Best Location. Closest section to the beach. Walk to concert venue!

Located in beautiful Seascape Resort in the Lakefront section between Lake Stewart and the gulf! This unit has 2 king bedrooms with full baths in each bedroom. This is a second floor villa with a loft. The main floor has a king bedroom with a 40 in TV, full bath, kitchen and den with a 48 in TV and DVD, dining seating for 6, and a washer/dryer. The loft features a king size bed with a full bath, a twin daybed and trundle, additional vanity/sink, sitting area to relax and read, and a 40 in TV/DVD.

The beach is located just across the street along with The Whales Tail Restaurant. There are restaurants and a food mart/gas station just a short walk away. The resort has a golf course, grills, bike rental, multiple pools, basketball court, several tennis courts, pickleball courts, and lots of green space. Access the walking/running path that runs along Old Hwy 98 right next to the unit. About a 10 min walk to the Topeka concert venue. Seascape Resort is centrally located between Destin Commons Shopping Mall, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and The Grand Boulevard Shoppes. Too many dining options to choose from just minutes from the resort. Seascape is a quiet, family friendly, gated community so you can relax and unwind yet minutes away from any activity you may choose to enjoy!

GREAT TIME

Shannon and Shannon’s property allowed three girl friends to have a marvelous time celebrating our 70th birthday! The location of this property is close to beach access and restaurants with delicious fresh seafood. Thanks again, Shannon!

Family vacation

The property was great, close walk to the pool and the beach. The villa was very clean when we arrived and had all the necessities needed for the week including nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We would gladly stay at the property again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo, loved that it was pet friendly. The ocean is close & beautiful. Enjoyed the pool & walking to the Bad Ass Coffee Shop close by.

This property was in a great location for us! Plenty of space and very well stocked! Very clean and the owners responded quickly to all of our questions! Will stay here again! Highly recommend!

Our Family’s Favorite

This is our 8th year in a row staying here and we’re already planning our trip for 2026! Despite being older our kids still had plenty to do between fishing, beach activities, etc, and there’s so much within walking or short driving distance you don’t have to go far to eat or shop. We ate at several restaurants in the resort, walked to Badass Coffee and Whale’s Tail, several times, and enjoyed the pool and beach nearly every day…basically you don’t have to go far or spend too much money once you arrive. Thanks again and see you next year!

Another Wonderful Experience!

This was our seventh year in a row staying in the same unit and we had such a wonderful trip. The proximity to pool and beach, activities, and comfortable accommodations made this a perfect stay for our family of four. Seascape and the greater Miramar Beach area is our favorite beach destination and we can’t wait to return next summer!

Seascape escape

Shannon's unit was fabulous. When there was an issue, she responded promptly. We were very comfortable and our dog was very happy with the place. Short walk to the beach and the pool was right off the balony.

Wonderful condo and perfect location

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and located in a perfect spot. All the details were thoughtfully taken care of, and everything we needed was available in the condo.The only downside was that there was just one beach towel provided, even though the listing mentioned that beach towels would be available. Since the condo can accommodate up to five guests, it would have been more convenient to have at least five beach towels on hand.Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there

Another wonderful experience

Our sixth year in a row and another fabulous experience staying at Shannon’s place! We love Seascape and the surrounding Miramar Beach area, which particularly served us well this year as we had less beach time due to poor weather conditions, but our family of four had plenty of space to relax at the condo. Looking forward to next year!

Shannon and Pat's condo was wonderful and very close to beach. We absolutely loved our stay there!

We loved the condo's close proximity to the pool and beach. It is also a perfect location to be able to walk to many beachside restaurants and the Dairy Queen! We also took many walks from the condo along Scenic 98. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Shannon and Pat were always very quick to answer any question we had before and during our stay. Miramar Beach is gorgeous, and we would highly recommend this condo as the place to stay when you come to enjoy this beautiful area! We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous at Miamar Beach

The condo we stayed at in Miamar Beach was perfect! It was clean, had all the necessities we need (just like home). The location could not of been any better! It was a everything we look for when we stay near a beach! It had close access to beach ( walking distance), a pool and resturaunts, a grocery store near by and shopping for all the toys we needed to play with on the beach! It was fabulous! We would rent from the same owners again! Thank you!

Labor Day in Destin

Upon checking in, we were more than thrilled with the location. Within two blocks of the ocean, we were greeted with white sandy beaches. The complex was immaculate and not a thing out of place. The condo was more then adequate for myself, my husband, and my dogs. Unfortunately we didn’t even utilize the upstairs which was so cool! The kitchen was stocked. Again when you stay, be prepared to bring laundry soap and extra paper goods. The owners were more than helpful with everything!!!! We would absolutely stay at this property again. Bonus perks. Coffee shop within 5 mins!

Perfect beach getaway

We have stayed at Miramar beach and Destin area at least 6 other times and this was our favorite place! It is the perfect location right across the street from the beach and next to the pool. There is a beautiful pond right out back that my son and his friend loved to fish in at evening time. We took two 18 year old boys with us and the loft upstairs was perfect for them! It gave them their own space and bathroom. It was very clean and Shannon is super responsive to any questions I had. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for cooking which helps save a little money on not going out each meal. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas on the patio, as well as beach towels and boogie boards that we were allowed to use which was so nice! It’s pet friendly, which for us is a huge bonus! We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Honestly if all you bring is your swimsuit you’re set because this place has all you need to enjoy a wonderful time at the beach!

Great week in Destin

We have been coming to Destin for 5 years now and this was the first time we stayed somewhere new and we were very pleased. Planning on staying again in the future.

Just like the pictures!

The condo looks just like the pictures. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Just a side note - the buildings on the property were under going some renovations (fresh paint, new window moldings, etc) so I'm sure the property will look even better

Labor Day Getaway

Great location! The condo was a short walk to the pool and beach. Loved having the Whalestail Bar right there too. The condo was larger than appeared in the photos, and was a perfect size for my family of 6. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper though; only 2 rolls provided!

Another Great Family Experience

This was our third trip to Patrick and Shannon's place at Seascape, and it was another wonderful experience. The unit is perfect for a family of four (which includes a 12 and 15 year old) and the resort offers additional amenities (some of which are free) when we need to take a break from spending all day at the beach. Patrick and Shannon continue to update the unit, making it even more accommodating, and the dining/entertainment available in Seascape Towne Centre offer added convenience, particularly during the crowded summer season. We look forward to booking our next vacation with Patrick and Shannon!
