Kathleen is so sweet and helpful! Our house was PERFECT! Clean, plenty of useful amenities (beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc.). We will definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and pool. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

It was very good and close to the beach. The only little draw back was the Kureg didn't have a water filter. I went and bought one for it. Pleasant time and the perfect size and location.

Everything about our stay at the Mermaid Cottage was wonderful! The layout of the home is great, plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The stroll to the beach and pool was so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were great too! We loved it and look forward to planning another trip!

I was very pleased with the available tools and gadgets in the kitchen as it made meal prep and cooking as easy as my own kitchen! The balcony was a nice spot to sit and read. It was a wonderful place to spend our time!

Mermaid Cottage is a beautifully decorated home in a great location close to everything. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for your things. The bathroom towels and beach towels are nice and absorbent. I believe it is one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever rented. It is a very comfortable home away from home! I would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

The house was very clean and comfortable and was the perfect set up for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and having the beach and pool so close was fantastic. Check in and communication were great. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The house is absolutely beautiful! A very close walk to the beach and our family also loved the pool. The house is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Communication was easy, would highly highly recommend!
